One thing I have noticed about drol and me. I get painful shoulder pumps.

Did you get what you wanted from your experience?

Also, did you ever end up getting labs?? I ask because (as you know) I’m on 175mg test cyp and my hematocrit levels went from 45 to 53.5 within 3 months. I donated blood and got labs 8 weeks later and it’s lower but still considered high at 51.5. My cholesterols are within range however they are out of balance.

Curious if you ever did get them and if not I would highly suggest you make that priority.

Go to 100mg/wk TRT . You"ll still get plenty of test but without the high RBC"s . Guys seem reluctant to drop down to 100mg/wk but its the only way to stay healthy . And yes your body needs this rest and your next cycle will be better because of it . ;)
 
Took the weekend to reset. Forgot to weigh and measure oh well next weekend.

About 3 weeks left on blast, gonna start The Gauntlet tomorrow see how i do on a high frequency program. May play around with off days as this program is Monday to Thursday then off Friday back on Saturday off Sunday. Plus want to start cardio this week as well.
 
One thing I have noticed about drol and me. I get painful shoulder pumps.

A couple years ago I was running some var with injectable superdrol for the first time. Had just started a construction job. They had me running a floor sander this whole day and painting trim around the ceiling a couple days. The shoulder pumps were excruciating. After a few hours it was like nothing else existed except my painfully pumped shoulders. I was looking at time like one hour till break time was 30 two minute periods to survive by switching the hand doing the work to let the pump on that side subside a bit. Funny story now, but sucked so bad at the time lol.

Yeah the suck lol but what are ya gonna do. I grab something high between sets and that seems to alleviate it for a moment.

You dont need a training partner, it's helpful if the dude is a true gym guy and doesnt fuck up your workouts. I mean you really only need a spot for barbell bench exercises, you can dump everything else.
Most of us started PLing in commercial gyms or high school weight rooms. It is nice to have access to specialty bars and equipment but not required.

So I found leaving a couple reps in the tank a little odd and frankly hard to do after giving it all in the last program. But trust in Meadows programming as this is high frequency training.

Diet has been suffering dont think unam eating enough anymore so eating shittier to get cals up, ice cream and peanut butter. Starting to put on more fat than I want. So tomorrow will be my last 300mg pin and will start back on cruise dose. Will finish the next 2 week of drol at 100mg a day.

Diet wise gonna drop carbs except for around workouts, pre, intra and post. That should lower cals some.

Training wise, Start doing cardio a few days a week, probably LISS to begin and then may add some sprints or running later. Continue with The Guantlet.

Long term plan. I need to shed the belly and moobs. Start seeing more of what I built up lbm wise. No blast until earliest next summer.

Thoughts and musings
Love Anadrol will run again
Test is test will up to 750 next time I blast however that's a long ways out(1 yr)
I think I could have done better had I eaten more and better. Was eating these macros,
4k cals, 330 pro, 430 carb, 100 fat. Struggled near end so I was eating shittier food and snacking to get cals up resulting in extra fat gain. Strength was awesome on Anadrol, sides for me were minimal and manageable.

Overall I am happy with results, yes they could have been better but that's on me. Long cruise/cut ahead and see what I can uncover. I will continue this log as it keeps me accountable and those commenting have some great tips and advice along the way. I appreciate you guys immensely. Those following and are silent, I can only hope that my log helps in some way.

Strength gains?
I got to look back and work out the numbers.. which I plan to do later. I will say my rack pulls up at least 150lbs, bent over rows 75ish lbs, squat 50lbs, bench allnDBs sungard to gauge but max DB in gym can rep out at 75bs. I will be setting up my workouts for next week later today at the same time I will tabulate my poundage increases.
