I can't wait till I can get rack pulls up to those numbers, how is your trap and back development from those rack pulls?
I have had ok traps to begin with so they just add to it. Rack pulls if you activate the lats hard on lockout develop the back quite nicely. Looking at pics since starting this blast which I am rack pulling fairly often it has definately thickened my back quite a bit

Have you thought about going slightly heavier with above the knee pulls? Maybe with a static hold?

I am running Meadows Creeping Death so I pretty much follow the programming as set out. It's a good idea, the programming with this one actually starts above knee and works down to mid shin.

As I am on the last week of the program I am debating a transition program to maintain before I go to cut. Even thinking following this one again and picking my own movements, and actually instead of coming up maybe going down to traditional deads and get my deads up if possible.
 
@Btcowboy is the problem with deadlift a mobility issue? If there's something like a Rural King near you they sell 3/4" rubber mats pretty cheap. They're meant for stuff like horse stalls. But anyway, you can cut them into rectangles and stack them up to pull from. You could remove mats over time to pull lower and lower. Unless your gym has mats already, then just skip to using them.

No just the program I am following. I do like my deadlifts, just haven't done traditional ones in a while. My gym does have the deadlift matts. It would be interesting since I have been rack pulling what my deadlift numbers are now.

I misunderstood. You said negate traditional deadlift and I read it as negotiate thinking it was like a mobility thing.

1. Start Creeping over
2. Use Creeping Death format but use the movements I like or want to continue doing
3. Start Project Colossus
4. Start Odin Force
5. Start Gamma Bomb

The intent would be this next 4-6 weeks being a transition period from bulk to cut. So very little change in diet or training but adding some cardio and maybe altering protein source to leaner.

I also need to start adding in Cardio at least on my off days (2). Due to a possible side job per se walking, jogging, running would be best choice.

Thoughts?

Glad to see your still going hard !!! I should hopefully be back at it in about another month. I can’t wait man I’ve lost like 30lbs already it’s literally like completely starting over. Sucks. But I should hopefully bounce back quick I’m hoping !! Keep up the good work man your numbers are climbing !

Did you get what you wanted from your experience?

Also, did you ever end up getting labs?? I ask because (as you know) I’m on 175mg test cyp and my hematocrit levels went from 45 to 53.5 within 3 months. I donated blood and got labs 8 weeks later and it’s lower but still considered high at 51.5. My cholesterols are within range however they are out of balance.

Curious if you ever did get them and if not I would highly suggest you make that priority.

Bloods no, because Canada sucks for getting anonymous bloodwork. However I donate regularly and last donation a week ago my hemoglobin was good but nearing the high mark and deferal.

Few more weeks left on blast then will cruise again 200mg/wk and cut until next summer. With continued donations rbc should be ok.

To answer your question on getting what I wanted out of it. I dont think anyone does, I think they and myself included get great gains be it strength or size but there is always I could have done more or better. Easier way to answer, didn't get bigger l? Yes, did I get stronger? Yes, Vascularity? Yes. Am I happy? No.

Lol. I think we are all a work in progress. I guess the question to ask is:
“do you look better and feel better compared to when you first started”

There’s plenty of time to continue

Anadrol is the oral that is considered as the “safe” oral right?? Or is that anavar?

I am happy with gains and progress. Yes many people have seen a huge difference in my body composition. Still carrying fat but arms are bigger and peaking, shoulders are rounding out nicely and back is thickening up.

Nope Anadrol is considered one of the harshest. Anavar is the one your thinking of. To be honest if you use orals smartly and do what you need to do to be safe, they really aren't that bad.
