Peoples training in the gym. How often do u see people actually train hard

The only thing that bothers me is when you have a group of people standing around hogging machines/benches talking and not a single set was done after 5 mins.
OR
Pretty much the same thing, but someone on a machine/bench starring at their phone and not a single set was done after 5 mins.

I'm happy for anyone that goes to the gym. It shows they are "trying". It is just unfortunate sometimes when your goals and routine in the gym interfere with people who don't work as hard.

Most people at my gym train like pussies, honestly. There are maybe 5 or 6 that really push themselves and use respectable weight.

The number one biggest problem with most people is that they have no system of progressive overload. They use the same weight for the same reps and then wonder why they don't make any gains year in and year out. Then they'll make it worse by program hopping because their current program "isn't working." No, the program is fine. YOU aren't working.

If you could manage to talk these guys into following a basic linear progression program, they'd make gains that would blow their minds. But they'll never do it. They'd rather spin their wheels with three sets of eight for everything.

Yeah the progressive overload point. I see way too many people with that. I saw one the other day almost posted about it but decided not to be a dick and just let them do their thing

See it all the time, and their form, wow.

If this dude doesn’t get off the damn bench I’m gonna fuckin knock him out and drag him out of the gym.

Fuckin halo

Never.

And when they do try, the end up just doing stupid shit like just swinging the weights around with no proper form looking like monkeys.

I’m watching some chick on twitch do 20 percent of her 1rm for 10 reps on leg press and it’s burning my eyes

Early this morning i saw an angry black girl literally throwing plates and bars around the gym floor (she was a sizable young lady) while talking on her cell phone via a bluetooth ear piece, does that count? I was on a gram of TNE and even i didn't have that much rage. Maybe I have bunk gear?

A gram of TNE? Why so much?

How benevolent if you

Think you need to worry less about what others are doing and focus on why you're there. Clearly you'll be happier.

I train at a pretty popular franchised "McGym". Most people there barely look like they lift despite being at the gym often. They do two sets of 20+, rest for 10 minutes looking at their phone, and then hop to a different machine that works an entirely different muscle group. The only people with good physiques are the ones clearly on 1 gram of Tren/week and the naturals who are there almost everyday pushing themselves.

A gram of TNE? Why so much?

Nothing like injecting 10mL of TNE before every workout.

LOL everybody says all these people look the same year after year in the gym. Take this into consideration most of those people are not on gear as we are so of course their progress will be stalled to a point and they wont get the dramatic changes we do.

this is bullshit. I’ve been going to gyms for well over 20 years. Most people are just clueless fucks. They have no idea what a structured routine is, which is why they don’t gain muscle. They eat shit which is why they don’t lose any fat. Even the ones who train properly still remain fat because of diet. I look at all those tittiboys with disgust. But fuck them, let them stay bitch. As long as they are not impacting what the fuck I’m doing, let them stay bitch. Now, most of these underachievers move out my way when I come through and are very polite.
