Ya guess that’s what I meant by full body
Yeah, I know, just specifying the difference. My gym is full of those guys, too. Real full body is tough. Not ideal for size, but awesome for strength.

not literally trying to practically tear their muscle in 8 reps, focusing way too much on perfect form,
Uh, sorry ? I think? What? You ruined a halfway almost semi-decent rant with this.
Yeah the progressive overload point. I see way too many people with that. I saw one the other day almost posted about it but decided not to be a dick and just let them do their thingMost people at my gym train like pussies, honestly. There are maybe 5 or 6 that really push themselves and use respectable weight.
The number one biggest problem with most people is that they have no system of progressive overload. They use the same weight for the same reps and then wonder why they don't make any gains year in and year out. Then they'll make it worse by program hopping because their current program "isn't working." No, the program is fine. YOU aren't working.
If you could manage to talk these guys into following a basic linear progression program, they'd make gains that would blow their minds. But they'll never do it. They'd rather spin their wheels with three sets of eight for everything.

BunkEarly this morning i saw an angry black girl literally throwing plates and bars around the gym floor (she was a sizable young lady) while talking on her cell phone via a bluetooth ear piece, does that count? I was on a gram of TNE and even i didn't have that much rage. Maybe I have bunk gear?

It pisses me off to see people there not tryingHow benevolent if you
Think you need to worry less about what others are doing and focus on why you're there. Clearly you'll be happier.
A gram of TNE? Why so much?
LOL everybody says all these people look the same year after year in the gym. Take this into consideration most of those people are not on gear as we are so of course their progress will be stalled to a point and they wont get the dramatic changes we do.
