Anyone choose the red pill?

If you don't mind me asking where did you see someone write "hehe?"

That's a very European thing to do, do you deal with them in your occupation?

Not at all. Hehe is just something that I put at the end of a texted statement sometimes that at is joking around instead of just using the tired old lol.

Surprised I haven't seen that discussed here considering the first lesson is to go to the gym and lift heavy
Well, the first step is to get your shit together.
Bodybuilding doesn't pay the bills.

If you are flat broke, then you could get a PART TIME job as a personal trainer at some upscale gym to pay the bills and get some skills, but bodybuilding shouldn't be your priority, your career is.

Taken from the rational male thread. All about living the same old way , or taking the red pill and seeing things differently, mainly the relationships between men and women. I'm taking it as mostly a constant way to improve as a male. But I'm still to new to it to quantify it
You should improve yourself in ALL areas in your life.

Your career/money, your looks (no, not just muscles, pay attention to your clothes and hair too), your manners (not too vulgar, not too snobby), your conversation skills, your spirituality, and so on.

There's a process, a lot of reading etc, but the first rule is to get back in the gym and lift heavy. That part I've figured out lol
While lifting can teach you discipline
it hurts, yet you shouldn't quit
BBing ain't a high priority goal by itself, your career or business should be.

So anyways, without the drama, I'm enjoying the philosophy, two main tenets so far, being the best man you can be, and that feminism is very very bad for everyone
(Most) women can't get their head straight, not even on the most basic things
What made them thing they can lead other women, men and society lives?

Let's hear it?! I know it pains you to say it... Are you here to grow or are you here to just say nice things about yourself?

What I have grown to learn about myself:
Narcisstic
Low self-esteem and confidence
Trust issues
Control issues
Abusive
Lack empathy and understand of other people's emotions and situations

Self-destructive behaviors - I got rid of those but it took A LOT of thinking to realize what I was doing.

I learned that I had been living my whole life as an asshole and was pushing people away from me rather than empower them! That really hurt coming to terms with that. I have created a lot of insecurities for my family members because of it. I am talking life changing things, my little bro has weight problems as a result of my abuse. I changed his whole self-perception.
That's not a problem by itself
as long as you have a goal and a plan to work on.

Just look at Donald Trump
He has all the above "issues" and more
yet he became a billionaire, and our President on his first try despite having the media, Hollywood, the demo-rats and @Michael Scally MD against him :D

He had a goal and a plan and he got away with it
(but he doesn't have any confidence or self-destructive issues)
Again, having a goal and a plan and working on them is the key.

There's just no money to be made by bodybuilding anymore.
It's not your fault guys. It's because of the weird times we're living in

@rpbb kudos to you for focusing in your career and becoming a successful automation engineer.
But the raw truth is that you ain't a real alpha-male yet because you're still an employee, even if you're a well paid and successful one.

To be a real alpha male you'll need to start your own company.
Most preferably a technologically advanced one.
You said you're an automation engineer so you can well design and build a practical robot for everyday life (or some practical military robot) nobody has ever dreamed about. Something like that.

Push the fucking envelope.
At least give it a try. And try and try again and again.
Either succeed or die trying.

Consider working part time in your daytime job, even if it means earning less money in the meantime.
By doing so you'll get more time and energy to build your dreams.
At least try it. You can always get back to being a wage slave later in life.

To be an alpha male you need to make ur own business that’s the most try hard thing I’ve ever heard

first of all if u wanna be an alpha male” stop giving into the fact that it’s even a fuckin thing

you’re literally putting yourself in a non alpha state by striving to be an “alpha male”

Self sustain yourself, keep your character and your willpower and your self image solid.

don’t give in to the bullshit people constantly spew out their mouths

and last but not least do not be one of these insecure pussy ass little boys that needs to listen to mainstream rappers to feel like he has a dick. Biggest most insecure people ever

you guys who worry about being an alpha male are already behind the pack

being “alpha” is independence. Knowing that know matter how fucked up the people around you may be and what they may do, that you find solitude in yourself and your goals

some a the dudes on this forum just fuck around and don’t give into any of this internet stupidity that’s the shit that I look up to.

would you even know what an alpha male was if the internet didn’t exist? No you wouldn’t. Let that be a lesson if it’s the only thing you take from this.

the farther you get from that primal instinct and more lead into social regulations the more bitch you become

Well, these days you have to strive to become or even remain an alpha male.
Pretty much everything from songs, movies and politics promote the pussyfication of males.

Man up or you'll be castrated.
