Grayscale Compounding [U.S. Domestic]

Two bottles out of twelve have something floating. Bottle one has what appears to clearly be a hair and something tiny and blue that is only a spec floating. Bottle two has a curly cue.

Looks like this package was shipped before we had a chance to reinspect it. This is the first time ever that we've had anything but pure, sanitary oil in our vials. It's come to my attention that both of the batches were brewed by a new member of our team. He's being let go immediately and the entire stock he made (roughly 60 vials of test) is being thrown out. This is incredibly poor timing with our launch on Meso, and I apologize to our customers.

Seems convenient. You launch on meso and a "new brewer" was found to have brewed the shit batch and is being let go immediately.

I found your original defense more believable that you fucked up and you were making it right. It lacked the convenient excuse and the false sense of security of you fixing the problem by firing "the new brewer".

It's likely you're re filtering and not tossing the batch.

“Pin with confidence, bro!”

Floaters in random vials is as fucking serious as it gets. Any hack can mix 4 ingredients in their kitchen. You PAY someone to do it for you because you expect a certain level of professionalism.
The thing that bothers me is that people blew off the first couple incidences of floaters like it was no big deal. Make it right and it's all good.... it's a fucking abscess waiting to happen. You should now be questioning what's in the vials that YOU DON'T SEE.

Which is why all of it is getting thrown out.

This is time for FULL transparency. Walk yourself thru your current processes and figure out what exactly went wrong. It’s too “easy” to “fire the new guy”. That’s not really the issue.

The main issue is something is fucked up between A and Z. Floaters should never go out. That’s a death sentence for a source.

You’re responses in the next 24 hours will determine whether you get a 3rd chance. None of this is acceptable here. And any bullshit excuses will lead you directly to the door.

I understand the sentiment and assumed it would be questioned, but this is us being transparent. It’s not an attempt to blame one variable. The entire situation is unacceptable, and we’re taking steps to correct it. One of these steps is letting this person go.
