Nice job on the weight, weight gain won't cease completely when myostatin gets higher. But it just gets slower.Yep still increasing lifts at the moment! Had a good heavy back day this morning and increased a couple of the lifts by either weight or reps. Also pretty stoked as after my w/o this morning I stepped on the scale and crossed the 190.4lbs mark! I'm sure it'll will still fluctuate but I hit the goal I set.
Please think, I will learn how to eat so I barely gain any fat. You don't want to get into that other trap I was talking about seriously.My ab definition is no longer there. I wanna keep getting bigger but I don't want to put on more fat and have another long cut to drop it.
So many guys do 2-3 cycles but only get the results of "1 cycle" because they don't eat enough. You don't want to be that guy.
You will learn!
You can burn the fat when you are on your cruising dose. I will talk to you then about your macros and diet.
If you live a bodybuilding lifestyle you should have a six pack year round more or less. Diet is year round.
