When I get my deca ill do a deca and test i only bulk. Most likely 500 and 500. But i am going just do deca and test. I bulk amazing on them.
 
Tomorrow back at the gym first time in 10 days. Still going to cruise at 200 mg e7d. Until I decide to blast. But i like the relaxingness of whats going on right now. So not adding any compounds for a month or 2.
 
Also next cycle I go heavy none of this 12 rep pump shit. I will do warm up. Then heavier lifting and less pumps. Maybe a 4x8,7,6,5 with 5 workouts and and with a huge drop set.

i have been doing way to much of the same rep style for a whole year.

How often do you get sick? Didn't I call this? That your body would force you to slow down!

I havent been sick in years. My whole town got this sinus cold. My whole family and 2/3 of my clients. So something was going around. I need to be more effecient in washing my hands and then not putting them near my eyes or nose or mouth. But my sisters kids were sick and they lost hot water in the house and showered at mine. I got it somehow from my clients or my sisters kids.

People that are unhealthy get sick. You got sick because of stress. I hope you are not back in the gym!

Please don't make me calculate the probability, it's going to be less that 0.5% chance of you getting sick this one week when you have been clearly overexerting yourself the past couple months. AAS strengthen the immune system yours is down because of stress.

I totally agree. I was stressed more so then just the gym, but relationship wise too. You are right, if I wasnt My body would have been able to fight off the virus or whatever.

i have been on 3 days antibiotics and feel better, this morning. Should I not lift today and wait a day or two?

No, you shouldn't even be thinking about working out! Go take some scenic walks tho! I honestly would like to talk about other factors in your life too IDK if you would prefer that via PM?

I can do it here. I dont care. If its to personal Ill pm it. But the other factors are relationship, which I messed up, but working on gaining back there trust. Then getting a new home, and lifting, work.I am also focusing on being completly sober for the rest of my life. Never taking another benzo again. Which I did 6 months ago.

Look at your life objectively, and I mean objectively no bullshitting yourself.
Work, work schedule, personal economy: 40 hours? "Normal" hours?
Diet: What does it consist of? A lot of "addict foods" such as fast food, ice cream, candies etc. Those types of foods are the kind that we eat when we are stressed.
Physical exercise: Well you got that down, I suggest doing some outdoor exercise for the next month.
GF: You mentioned that, seems to be getting better.
Friends: How many friends do you hang out with on a weekly basis?
Drugs, alcohol, medication, CRAP: Any and all drug use, caffeine, nicotine, yada yada
Signs of stress: Overweight? Oral fixations, chew gum, bite nails, bite cheek. Messy room, skipping hygiene such as brushing teeth, showering, shaving, hair cut frequency.
Stress relief: What are you doing to relieve stress? Frequency and duration?

You can fill this out for yourself or share if you want but you should be able to get a pretty clear picture of how your life is from these questions if you look at it objectively.

You are probably stressed or some people like to call it "depressed" but I think that's a horrible term.

Anyway, my point being. Let's be clear, your body f*cking hates you for the cycles you do. Our bodies do not want to be in that extreme state of "building" especially if our bodies are stressed we want LESS MASS then! That's why our bodies go catabolic!

So how to go around this, make sure your body is happy first. Then plan to add more mass later, also, don't think you can cut either when your body is stressed. You can't outsmart that 250 million year body of yours with a brain that has been conscious(sleep 1/3 of our life) for 20 years max, and half of those years you were a child. :P
 
I only work for 20 hours a week. I am working on getting more.

I do have the most supportive family I could ever wish for. They are amazing.

I dont have friends. I stopped seeing them and they stopped seeing me for reasons I dont care to say. But this led into me being in a loving relationship. I only hang out with my family and with the person I am in a relationship with.

I use steroids, and caffeiene and T4.

I shower alot when I stress. I dont do any of the other. I am very clean.

I dont eat any sweets only meal prepping and protein shakes. Cranraisins with extra fiber, or cereal is my go to for sweets. No fast food ever. Only candy when I go to the movies. 1 every 2-3 months. Sour patch watermelon.

i workout and have racing thoughts when I am stressed. Sometime do yoga and square breathing when I am trying to calm the thoughts down.
 
I cut so easily its annoying. I have a hard time bulking since I stopped smoking pot and had the muchines. 1 and half year ago.

Calming the thoughts down are great, however, you can do better! Stop the thoughts from coming back over and over again. Find the root cause!

And honestly I can see exactly why you are feeling the way you do. Don't you agree it would make sense that you aren't in the greatest spot in your life right now?

Everybody in this world is happier with friends around. We get jaded and stressed so we isolate and then justify that we don't like people etc.

Do you know what you didn't write in your thing?
"I take a lot of walks in the park" "I go rock climbing" "I go to the Zoo" "I volunteer" and the list goes on. There are so many things you are NOT doing that WILL make you happy.

It's not a question if or when, if you have a "happy" schedule and life. You will be happy. Here is an example day:

6:00. Wake up, make bed. Go take a 15 minute walk while listening to calming music or NO music. Eat breakfast in a positive environment with a lot of light. Shower, shave, brush teeth. Stress relief exercise.
7:00: Work, smile say hi and acknowledge everybody.
11:00: Lunch with a friend at some place with people your age.
12:00 Work, again, smile, if you give happiness you will receive happiness. Try walking around saying Fuck you to people and see what reactions you get. It's the same exact thing if you SMILE!
4:00 work out/exercise
5:00 Meet with Girlfriend and give her a present and a compliment(1 compliment every day) that makes her feel appreciated. The present doesn't have to cost anything, write a poem, sing a song to her. It's all presents don't do the $ game.
6:00 dinner with Family and GF
7:00 Relaxing with family and GF / other
9:00 Stress relief exercise, shower and then get your bedtime routine down.


That's how you do it! It's really that simple we are creatures of habit. You don't have to even think when you drive home right? It's because our brain just does. Force your brain to "just do" positive things for you! It's really that simple. Don't say "I don't want to" everybody wants to be happy and you are going to have to work and plan concrete steps to get out of this slump.

I Absolutly agree. I was in the summer taking a bike ride every saturday down to the beach and sitting on the bench watching the water and talking to my partner.

I do brush my dog everyday. I do cook and spend quality time with my family sitting down going out to dinner with them 2x-3x a week. I also do have a sit down meal with my partner and we take turns cooking. I do send them cards in the mail and also little gifts here and there. I compliment them every time I see them and send texts saying how amazing they are.

Planning a mini vacation where my partner does not know anything and just has to follow my lead. I just didnt write those because they werent asked I just assumed.

I dont have friends because the friends I used to have were nosey and dint mind there own business, stealing and going into my privacy. So I only keep a close group of people around. I do hang out with an older crowd.

But I do absolutly agree with everything you said. I will be making an effort to doing so, and bettering myself and the people around me.

also brining my dog for a walk once its not freezing out, which I still should do anyway. When I have a routine I feel my best.
