Also panda's licence is a load of shit. no middle man has a licence. Even when a factory has a licence they gotta sell it to someone WITH a licence that's operating oversea. There's no such thing as a middleman licence that lets you flip steroids in China. I guarantee you that. All the middlemen that you guys are dealing with are basically just grabbing raw from factories and China and flipping it to you guys. There is no licence, but again, the Chinese didn't really care for a while until recently.

I'm more curious how safe it is not only that he has cookies enabled on his site, but that it's also hosted on a US server. Doesn't seem like OPSEC is too much of a concern.

Mine had the registrant contact being in New Providence Bahamas. I don’t know how these interwebs port holes work though.
