I am now on a 1 pill cycle, it is barely noticeable side effect wise but along a clean diet the results are awesome!

I'm very curious, I've been thinking about trying this, the sides are too much for me honestly. It impacts my training too much and I am gearing up for an IBJJF competition in a few months. Curious if I take 1 a day if I'd still get some fat burning benefits. Starting HGH and test/eq so don't want to throw too much into the mix

Same here 14 days on 200mg and the weight is coming off. Ive had a lot of compliments since day 8. Will be running for a month at 200mg.
So side effects to note, pretty basic shit. Running a little hotter. OH! I have to drink 2 gallons within a 24 hour period or i will be severely dehydrated!

Bro i have no idea! Im holding on to alot of water. Im drinking 2 gallons a day! But i can tell you that i would say it looks like 3 months worth of natural weight loss. But on an aggressive approach. hope that helps man.

I havent felt the need to go up. The way i see things is. If its coming off its coming off. The least i use the better because it avoids potential side effects.

Out of curiosity. Have any of you guys had any skin redness while on this? Kind of like an allergic reaction type of redness. Today is day 14 and i had a few "Red Spots" around my shoulders. Later in the day there was more covering my torso. I feel fine though, pretty normal shit. Running hot here and there nothing out of the ordinary except for that.

I've not experienced it personally, but it is a common problem with Dnp. I've heard take Benadryl and if that doesn't help stop using it, sometimes you can take it and have a reaction and sometimes not at all.

My face is red for a couple hours after i take the pill but its most likely due to the heat

Yes. I'm taking it now. About to get more. It's really good. As soon as I take I know it. Energy I burn a lot of energy at work so I actually take it before work and it's great. Took another sources on another board and was not the same. Definitely good to go. 30 ml use a syringe and go about 2/3 of a cc get about 20 ml per day

If it gets worse, you may need to stop. It doesn't necessarily mean your allergic. It can happen - the problem is when it gets out of control and you don't have enough time to let it clear up when you drop the dose.
It happened to me one time on my lower stomach, I think it was my first cycle. It cleared up and never happened again. I'm unaware of any research on this but I do believe that DNP can make your skin more sensitive. It may just have to do with the heat and it's affect on skin pores.
