Manlet's first cycle

Hey guys,

Just curious to your thoughts on adding some Masteron for a first cycle, or wait until after having the experience with a Test only cycle?

I was thinking doing 300mg/wk of Test E and 300 or 400mg/wk of Mast E to take advantage of the anti E effects of the Mast, and maximizing gains.
If I were to add Mast, I would cut from a 12+ week Test cycle to an 8 week first cycle.
Just run test your first time. Plenty to be had with 500 test. Need to learn your body and how much Ai to dose. Mast will complicate that too much

@iGone My opinion is that at 15% bodyfat, you should lean out before you cycle. When you grow you always and some fat. So it may be demoralizing to just get up to 18% bodyfat or so, and not really see those good gains from your cycle. Some guys don't care about being lean, if you're one of those than I get it. Good luck man.

Thanks for the tip, just leaned down to about 162 over the last couple months.
Not too concerned about bf% right now honestly, I don't really care about being super lean and have no plans to be super lean.
Like I posted in your thread the other day, I like the young Bill Pearl look, I don't care about abs or any of that. I just want to look full and strong without having love handles or anything excessive

Dude this is the second fucking time you've come into a members log and made posts in regards to their bodyfat. Post up a pic and show us what 8-9 % looks like.

Hey man I don't come here to get my blood pressure up, I come here to chill and escape from the real world. Please leave me alone lol
I'll make it easy and set you and @B Ware to ignore. I don't hate you guys at all, and honestly just don't want any beef so I'm gonna have to separate myself. Good luck @Oldschool hope you live long and well. Lastly I want to add, the reason I haven't posted pictures is not because I'm not confident in my physique. But because i share the pictures I take with friends and family. I'm not trying to have them pop up in two places on the internet if you will. I thought about messaging pics to people through PM, but I've gotta be cool with someone and trust them. Unfortunately the three of us won't get to that point...
And to your point, about guiding people on whether to bulk or cut. I just go by rule of thumb, if over 12% never bulk. That leaning out to at least below 9% before bulking is most optimal. Sorry that bothered you and @B Ware so much. Somthing about you guys is you'll look for shit to get crazy about. Alright I'm done.

blah blah blah long message

In regards to your bulk or cut, I've shaved 12 ish lbs off naturally right?

So my question to you is, I could certainly lean down and get under 10 natty, but why would I want to lose my strength and size to cut naturally when I can gain on cycle, and use future cycles with something like var to help me cut down a bit after bulking and keep my gains. Seems like a better choice than losing muscle and fat natty, vs losing fat and keeping muscle on PEDs

Fuck that dumb ass brother. Get big on gear. Cut with diet. End of story.

Blood drawn today, will get results and post them by the end of the week.
First pin is going to be Monday night, with some help from my friendly family RN

Well first pin about 5:30 last night went decently well. Totally got in my head and got freaked out a bit, but my loving family RN took all too much pleasure in stabbing me.
Little sore this morning, but pretty much exactly what I expected for my first glute pin.
Stay tuned for Thursday lol.

meal plan this week is:
Breakfast
1 cup dry oats
8oz fair life milk
1 scoop protein
Or
3 eggs
1 bagel
4 oz ham

lunch
2 cup rice
1 cup sweet pots
10 oz chicken breast

Dinner
1 cup sweet pots
2 cups rice
8 oz salmon or steak

12 oz fair life milk
2 scoops protein before bed

currently at the gym hitting shoulders
55 lbs db press
135 lbs smith machine seated overhead
20 lbs side/front/rear raise super sets for 15 reps each

I tracked my intake for the week and only averaged around 2500 calories, after missing some bed time shakes and lighter breakfasts.
Keeping in over a gallon of water a day, sticking with water only right now.

Adding in some more calorie dense carbs with breakfast to hopefully bring my average daily intake around 3000 calories.

First week of pins went great, my ass is a bit sore but nothing I didn't expect. Self pinning glute is way easier than I ever imagined.

With my natural level being around 500, I'm genuinely mulling over the thought of staying on 150/wk after this cycle.
Weighed in this morning at 167 lbs at my towering 5'6. (not fasted)

natty physique reference pics before cycle starts to make some gains.
currently 5’6 167 lbs
Last pic was New Years 2016 when I put hockey on the back burner and started lifting. I was 123 lbs there.
Hoping to make some solid gains, and as you can tell I’m not really too worried about being lean. Just want to be big and strong someday haha

Just a little update, Got a massage last Wednesday and she beat up on my left forearm which seems to have inflamed tennis elbow or the radial tendon quite a bit. I lifted Th/F/M/Tu/W since and with some discomfort, but yesterday it nearly put me on my knees.
I had an issue with some tendinitis in the same location when I did my first SARM cycle, so I'm just going to give upper body a bit of a break until Monday and see how I feel hitting back on Monday AM.

Do you do low bar squat? That's what always wrecks my elbows.
I do low bar squat, it wasn't too much of a problem a couple days ago, however I made the mistake of attempting a chest/tri day yesterday which after getting to my working sets on bench I was down and out.

I did notice switching from a high bar narrow stance to a wider stance low bar I've really had considerably more strength and activation of my glutes, hams and quads.

Yeah, I'm definitely stronger wider stance low bar. If I do it consistently the elbow thing creeps up on me and really manifests on bench. I did mostly front squat last year and switched to low bar about six weeks out from a meet. This experimenting with wide stance high bar wearing Olympic shoes. High bar for sure feels less powerful. With low bar you can get yourself out of a bind using your back, with low bar you're pretty much getting stapled if you hit a hard sticking point
