[Source] DNP ShreddedLabs

Just ordered DNP and Cardarine, have used both in the past from other sources, if y'all don't get a review from me in a few weeks and are interested, quote this or message me and remind me and I'll let y'all know how they worked in comparison.

Dude by cutting out those 2000 calories you will lose almost an extra full pound of body fat every day, maybe every two days. If the lethargy is bad I'd recommend 12.5mcg of T3 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before I'd recommend ECA or any stimulants. The lethargy is in large part due to decreased T3 as a result of the DNP being in your system. Just don't do too much T3 because it can eat into protein.
How many calories are you suggesting eating a day?

Awesome dude, good progress. How long has it been since day 18 of your cycle? By day 30 or so you should post another update. You’ll probably lose quite a bit more weight and tighten up more.
Thanks man. It’s been 4 days. I’ll see what my weight does and if it drops more sure I’ll post an update.

Whenever I used dnp I gained alot of water because it dehydrates you, and I when stopped I lost the water and noticed I lost fat. Currently running 600mg a week. Google dnp water retention

Maybe it's just semantics, but for me, I wouldn't call it "shortness of breath". I'd call it "labored breathing" or maybe even "slow breathing", so much so that I was afraid I'd stop breathing if I didn't consciously think about forcing myself to breathe. It's weird.
I'm the same, but currently on a dnp, so I thought it was a medical problem. I get very short of breath even when sitting down or even when putting clothes on

I used enhanced athletes dnp a few years ago and by reading these comments, it was definitely under dosed. I was warm but didn't start profusely sweating until my 2nd day of 600mg's.

PSMF is essentially a fast. Zero calories. Lots of water. You just eat a very small amount of lean protein to avoid losing muscle. I'm doing it now and eating 4 ounces of chicken breast every 7 hours. That's it. Nothing more. In the past I did 8 ounces every 5 hours, but I am noticing far more fat loss this way and not losing any muscle. I do get flat, but I have some carbs every 4th day and fill back out.

Wow that’s insane.. I was thinking you meant around 1500 but mostly protein. Not sure I could swing that. How many days do you last like that? Even when I was keto for 6 months I could do a 24 hour fast but it would catch up to me and I would binge. Made me develop a bad eating disorder that is still with me today a little bit. I have to be careful about restricting too much.

Last year I did it basically from March through August. Went from a seriously fat, very soft and out of shape 220ish, to a lean, defined abs, 240. But I hadnt been on juice for a decade before, so the recomp due a lot to that. I'm able to do three days on, one day off, without too much trouble. I do understand eating disorders and binging, especially when you've been dieting. For me I just make sure when I do eat a lot, I try not to go high carb and high fat at the same time. That usually prevents any significant fat accumulation as long as I don't do it for more than a couple days.

You ate 500 calories a day for 6 months? And look the way you do in your avatar?

And yeah I’ve planned out a high carb day with just a shit ton of cream of rice but I always end up with ice cream and a 2000 calorie brownie by the end of the day.

It was probably closer to 1,000 cals per day because the canned chicken I was using had higher fat than normal but my avatar was taken in September or October when I started to eat more food and filled out

First pic is side by side comparison from the end of February through the beginning of August

Second two pics are from October

Did you take any time off from DNP durning that 6 months? Forgive me if I missed that point.
i should have been more clear. I used DNP through April and May. Took a break during June. Then used it again through July and August. I was also using 12.5-25mcg t3, and tren E, plus the occasional cup of coffee and bronkaid tab. I used GH through April and May as well, but didn't start using any of that again until August. Always did one vial per day when I did use during that time. I think the lower doses of aas and GH would have been fine, especially if I never used stimulants. But once I jumped on higher doses and began using preworkout atims with tons of DMAA/DMHA/ephedrine/caffiene, I think that's obviously when I damaged my heart. I'm back to normal now health wise with the help of my doctor, supplements recommended by Dante (Ubiquinol, Curcumin, Apigenin, Pycnogenol, etc), and haven't been on anything but TRT since late December. But won't ever again go back to using high dosages, especially not of GH Or any stimulants whatsoever.

I'd also just say that my results are due in large part to muscle memory. I juiced and bodybuilded for about 5 years in my late teens and early twenties, and then came off all drugs and just lived as a natural dude for around 7-8 years, only training once or twice a week, only getting around 150g of protein per day. So when I started eating, training, and juicing again last Spring, I was able to put on my lost size pretty easily even while losing a ton of fat.

I'm setting at about 17-18%bf right now. I started my cycle at almost 2.5 weeks ago at 244lbs.

1st week 200-225mgs ED
2nd week 400mgs EOD with 200-225 in between
3rd week 400-450mgs ED

Not taking t3 yet, but i was already prescribed 75mcgs of T4 per day. I plan on running this til the end of May if I can stand it. So far so good in terms of sides. I'm on a keto diet fluctuating between 2400-3000 cals a day and 1 cheat meal per week. I ruck walk 2 miles a day with 50lbs on my back, walk 2 miles with just my bodyweight and on the days i don't ruck I hit the heavy bag which is about 3 times a week.

Got on the scale after a perfect diet minus 1 cheat meal my 1st week and almost shit myself with disappointment because of the scale lol. Scale indicated I only lost 2 lbs. Did the same after my second week and scale read 241lbs. Only a 1lbs loss since the 1st week. That's the worst part of DNP. You can't trust the scale or the mirror. My left foot is a tad swollen too. Nothing crazy but it is a little swollen and I've also lost the veins in my calves that I see in the morning when I wake up, but strangely enough my forearm veins are more pronounced. Hopefully that's a good sign

It surly amazes me what the body is capable of. That’s quite a stretch of time off. I fell off the wagon big time over a yr n a half I lost whatever I built. Started back up beginning this year took about three months and my body came right back into shape. Not that I ever doubted muscle memory, but witnessing this through self made me go holy shit!
Killer work dude.
