I csnt stop laughing at it, The Mountain Dog has an amazing sense of humor as well as being a fantastic and standup guy.
I know you guys will find this as awesome as I do and it's always a good idea to support a guy like John to keep creating great content, Programs and training (His training is actually not ridiculously expensive, especially his diet and Creeping death

JM is a legend. When I created this thread I just dropped his wife’s message and said nothing as it was just to sad. I’m one of those meat heads who has been lifting Off/on since middle school and thinks he knows everything there is to know. I can honestly say JM changed my mind. I learn something in almost everyone of his YouTube videos. No one else comes close to being as educational as him imo. So glad he’s okay.
100%. And he teaches you something new every time because the mans had to try EVERYTHING to get where he is. Fully in favor of asking the dude with the shittiest genetics how he got there, not the elite athlete that it come easy to lol.
He used to have a John Meadows Line, created and sold by IronRebel if I remember correctly, but I csnt find them anymore.
Apparently hes going to start an apparel line at some point in the future.
As you know, hes been working hard for a long time to get his supplement line going strong.
I THINK Apparel will be his next venture.

(Comparatively speaking, in regards to other IFBB pros, the guy obviously has better genetics than your average gym bro)
Hes been such a inspiration for a guy like me who doesnt have a chance at competing against most guys.
That you can accomplish his physique with intelligence and working harder than EVERYONE else in the business.

It was really good news to hear his video on Friday. I really only stick to him and James Vest for fitness content anymore and for him to almost check out really had me bummed out until his update on youtube.
