I keep protein and carbs moderate for the most part and low fat. But yesterday and today I did no carb and upped the fats to see how I would feel. I have a headache but whatever. Felt lighter, jeans a bit looser.
Tomorrow back to moderate carbs and protein.

I sent payment for an order on maybe tuesday? No label created yet. I'm not sweating it---communication and T/A have always been not good with this source, stuff always come within a week or two. The prices are very good, so I guess it balances out. I would be squirrelly if I hadn't ordered from here before, for sure.

I ordered a single solitary bottle of Tren E about a week and a half ago.. I kept emailing him asking for a tracking number because I had it going to an old address an hour away... He didn't respond for 4-5 days... But he finally did, and I picked up the package yesterday, which contained what I ordered... Shred is pretty terrible with customer service, but so far from what I can tell (I've only placed two orders) you do get your product and it does seem to be legit (just started the Tren so I can't say for sure on that but the DNP I got a couple weeks ago does work)..

Careful sticking up for or saying anything nice about the guy... these kids in here get jealous/mad.

Well i am working on it. Got the option of getting fat or getting shredded while on lockdown. I went with the latter.

Informed delivery says it’s that time today. Oil base winny is in the pack. Has fairly quick results for me so I’ll report back on that product.
