HGH research before I take the leap

I’ve been giving this some serious consideration. there are so many conflicting sources and suggestions on running it.

Some sources say it is best to take every other day at double a one day dose. while other sources say that 5 or 6 days consecutive with 2 or 1 day off to avoid antibody to the HGH.

I’m not looking to get a lot of bulk and looking more for the leaning Benefits but a few extra pounds of lean muscle is always welcome.
I’ve read so many good things about the results that I’m ready to go for it but want to make sure I run it the right way. I’ve been on TRT for 2 years now and have had great results with that and some heavier cycles here and there. But I have plateaued and hoping this will push me through to where I want to be.
I already purchased 3 months worth give or take depending on dosage. Plan on ordering 3 months more if it is all going well after 40 days.
So a few questions:
1) what is the best time of day to take HGH
2) is 2ius a day a good dosage?
3) where is the best injection site? (Some say stomach and others say to change injection sites.

side info I will also be running 500mg test cyp a week.

Any info is appreciated...I have everything on hand but want to get my research straight before I start.

Stomach is fine. Take on an empty stomach, or whenever is convenient for you. Start at 2iu, work up to 4iu if you aren't happy with results at 2iu.
 
Depends on your goals. However, if I were to utilize it for general wellness, which is what it sounds like you're shooting for, I would use it at 2iu every morning first thing and stay fasted for a little while, coffee is okay. Some light cardio is good right afterwards.

Low dose GH by itself isn't going to put muscle on you but it can definitely give your muscles a cool look. It can also help burn fat off.

yeah I’m looking for that last layer of fat loss plus maybe a bit more muscle. An extra 10 lbs of lean muscle would be nice. In that case what would be your recommend dosage?

Recommended dosage for adding 10lbs of muscle tissue? I wouldn't use GH at all for that, it's just really not a potent muscle builder. If you stack it with insulin then yeah, you can expect some serious gains. I don't think that's really what you're going for though?

I would suggest starting at 2iu for a few weeks and then you can add an additional 2iu later in the day either pre or post workout or before you go to sleep. That will give you an idea of what it can do. If you want to add ten lbs use AAS.

From the research I have done, there won’t be much in terms of size, however in terms of muscle tone, shape and over all recovery, skin clarity and well being the results should be impressive after 6 months and substantial after a year. Beyond that I’m not sure. I don’t think that amount should be taken for that long but I could be wrong. Some of these other guys can prob shed some light on the long term.
 
There's got to be some growth happening in that span of time. Even if it's just actually being able to put on more mass in the long run. Your muscles cells actually spit while you're on growth so I'd have to assume that would happen when using 6 months plus.

I wish I could get some real world answers from experienced members.

I can't really comment beyond a year because I haven't used it for much longer than that without breaks. I actually notice nice differences within a few weeks but they get progressively better over the months.

Going into it thinking you're going to be creating all these new muscle cells and adding a bunch of new muscle tissue is probably going to leave you open to disappointment. Personally, I just use it throughout the summer to stay leaner and have the GH "look" if that makes sense and I don't go above 4iu anymore. I consider it more of a vanity compound than anything.

I really like the look that GH gives as well.

But these days, I run it so I sleep like a log and just feel a bit better.

The fat loss is kinda nice, but not crazy

I can tell you from experience what Serostim will do being on long term at 4-5iu per day. It will give you a fuller, more round look, and size and thickness that you won't get without GH. Greatly reduced recovery time in between workouts, the ability to eat more calories while staying leaner in the process. While dieting, you can restrict calories more and not have to worry about losing muscle in the process. I have a twin brother that uses it at 4-5iu per day along with metformin at 500mg twice daily, and 5iu of humalog post workout, and he weighs 290 at 5'10. Test and equipoise are the only other compounds he uses with it, sometimes an oral incorporated 4-6 weeks. Granted his diet and training are spot on, but he wouldn't be that size without GH. He uses 4-5iu of Serostim per day with sometimes one day off per week, and has been on it for years. Bloodwork is perfect, and metformin keeps BG in low end of normal range. Everyone is different, but I feel the longer you stay on GH the better the gains are.

The DOSE of any drug, including hormones, is what primarily influences
benefit and/or side effects.

Sure some will state they achieve greater benefit with this that or whatever but they are not YOU as ALL :

- will be running other PEDS, dosages or supplements —from Slin to AIs

- are on various “”diets”

- have different exercise routines

- seek varied goals

- and NONE have YOUR physiology

And these unknown differences have a considerable impact on the results of ANY PED cycle.

I’ve been taking 2iu every morning for about 6 weeks now and the one thing I have noticed is the ability to recover after a workout is amazing. Like night and day—I’ve gone from 2+ day recovery to overnight recovery. I’m not doing heavy lifts or anything near that. Just body weight exercises and some small dumbbell work. That alone has made it worth it to me.
