I started at 1.3iu and titrated up and have not had any of the traditional issues people starting gh run into (CTS, fatigue, bloating, etc). Phizer itself suggests starting at around that does (a little more or less based on weight) and titrating even slower than 1iu a week. I think if anyone is wary of gh side effects that the phizer titration schedule, although conservative, really does work at mitigating sides.

Great advice. I started on mod grf1 and ipamorelin and had a lot of cts at first. Lowered the dose and slowly titrated up week by week until I was at 200mcg mod grf1 and 300mcg ipamorelin. Then I switched to 2iu HGH and got cts again but it was minimal. Slowly worked my way up week by week to one 8iu bolus 2 hours after my last meal. Minimal to no cts now. I've never tried splitting my hgh dose morning and night or around workout. One bedtime administration seems to be doing to job just fine so I'll stick to that since I'm keeping it away from food and hopefully minimizing my risk for insulin resistance

I think with gh it’s all about finding what works for you individually and sticking with it, so hell yah grinding up to 8iu. I’m at 5.5 climbing to 6 just to see what it’s like for a few months while I’m on my summer cut.

I find 6 to be my sweet spot. Don't really see the need to go higher, even though I could. Would probably start pushing into the terroritory of sides, and needing more ancilliries to combat the potential sides

With 6iu, split 3iu am 3iu pm, side free (minus a little bit of increased RHR) with great results. I agree with what you said though it's about finding what works for you. Everyone's different
 
Here’s my experience

1. 3iu gives me 430 IGF-1. Not sure if ng/dL or ng/mL, but one of those.

2. I don’t allow any injection within 2 hours of eating high carb foods. 1 hour before low carb worked for me.

3. Watch out for salt intake on HGH.

4. Take berberine 30 minutes before eating, it really works at reducing your blood sugar. Big time.

5. Make sure you’re getting enough water and hydration, such as using propel / Gatorade powder without sugar, so you don’t get high blood pressure and water retention.

6. This is important. Inject 3iu per day for 3 days straight, then take bloods for both IGF-1 AND growth hormone because sometimes your IGF-1 values read low, but your growth hormone values read very high… and then you’ll flip out and think your shit’s bunk when it’s actually working.

7. Don’t fuck around with random high doses. It’s best to build up over time, like so:

- 3iu/day for 4 week. If sides are non-existent, up dose.
- 6iu/day for 4 weeks. If sides are non-existent, up dose.
- 9iu/day for 4 weeks.

if you start getting sides, increase by only 2iu instead of 3. If you get sides with 2, increase by only 1. For exampe: sides with 6iu? Do 5iu. Sides with 5? Do 4iu. Then slowly increase by 1-2iu.

No real need to go beyond this unless you’re still growing, and even then I wouldn’t exceed 10iu because 10iu/day gives roughly 5-6 inches of height per year if you’re still growing… but you have to build it up… and if you can’t tolerate it, you need to go down.
 
One thing I’d like to add that I’ve gotten is having a blood sugar monitor and pretending you have diabetes while taking HGH.

I don’t mess with Insulin, and found I could control my blood sugar with either Metformin (prescription), or Berberine (OTC vitamin / supplement).

Berberine did really good with no sides, as good as / better than Metformin, and I could eat like an asshole.

I was taking dihydroberberine for about 2 months with no noticeable lowering of my fbg in am ? So i have switched to regular berberine, I've only been on the regular berberinegor a week so i have yet to get any current results , but i was curious how your fbg in am is from using berberine?
 
The presence of IGF in the bloodstream is meaningless. What counts is the level of IGF within the muscle.

I take bolus injection around my pre-workout meal which is 1-1h30 before working out.

Based on what I've gathered, there's typically no noticeable discrepancy between protocols. The key is consistent daily GH intake over an extended period. It requires time to yield substantial changes in physique.
