I will be starting a new HGH and IGF1-LR3 protocol today.
The plan is to take 250mcg IGF1-LR, 2 hours before training for about 8 weeks. 1.5 hours before training there are 10 units of fast acting insulin together with the pre-workout meal and 45 minutes before training 3 IU HGH. Post workout 3 IU HGH again, together with fast acting insulin 10 units. On non-training days I take 250mcg at lunch. The half-life is around 24 hours.
The daily GH amount is currently 10 IU.
2 Pre-cardio
3 Pre-workout
3 post workout
2 pre bed
Additionally, to optimize sleep, there is 300mcg Ipamorelin, one hour before sleeping
What can I expect from the protocol?
Gh causes a massive spike in insulin resistance so if youre taking them together, it will reduce the efficiency of the insulin is my understanding of it
