On my last order, it took 8 or 9 days just for them to process it and give me a tracking number. Another week and a half for the package to arrive. I'm in Ontario and package came from west coast. Before covid I usually had my package 3 days after payment was received. So dont worry too much, just how things are currently.

Yes you are right but then I sourced checked your email with a guy name Taureau. He verified at the time that you were a rep for genetec labs. The email you gave me to contact you was also linked to a few labs as the reps contact.
