I'd say they have input in what mg is put into the vials. I'm guessing they are just paying less for less mg and advertising them as 10 iu vials.
I know a few sources that are very involved with visiting the gh manufacturing labs and making sure dosing is correct.

Had you been a gentleman and had some balls to speak up with the dissatisfaction with prices I likely would have put you in touch with a rep who could give you a tad lower price but you lost that opportunity with your poor manners. Currently on my second vial of the Black Tops from Citadel. When I put the slin pin into the first vial the vacuum sucked the syringe dry, ended up with a vial 50/50 water/foam, mixed clear and clean didn't need any rolling. Second vial less vacuum, mixed clear, and almost completely clean, a couple of rolls and the little amount of remaining powder was dissolved.

Just ordered test-e, HCG, arimidex, and nolvadex. I start March 5th 2018, I'll get bloods before, half way through, and at the end. I'll post the results once I'm done.
