so I live in a tiny ass apartment with my wife, she's in med school so we broke as fuck, big whoop.

There's this bitch who lives next door who we can hear constantly. Literally berates customer service people as a hobby. We hear every word. Cunt will call Wal Mart, make the person on the other end cry, then "forget" that it wasn't actually Wal Mart who fucked up her order. That kind of bitch. Also has a rat dog who pees in front of my door every day.

So last night my wife had a friend over with a newborn, newborns cry. Bitch would knock on the walls every 5 seconds when baby started crying. I get fed up and say loud enough I know she can hear me "YOU FUCKING BITCH, I HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU BERATE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS A DAY. YOU EVER FUCKING KNOCK ON MY DOOR LIKE THAT AGAIN AND I SWEAR TO GOD."

Knocking stopped, but today I hear her call the police. I've tried to be as quiet as possible but sometimes words get thrown around, steroids, weed, high, shit like that. So today I hear her call the police on us claiming we're selling drugs.

Suppose the cops come over, how do I handle this? How do I evict an old cunt if I'm not her landlord might be my second question?

Bad neighbors can ruin an otherwise great place to live. Probably be easier for you to relocate than to try an get her evicted. Maybe try and get her landlords info and start complaining about her being noisy or harassing you or whatever? IDK, man. Good luck though. If the cops show up, tell them she is crazy and has it out for you. Don't allow them into your home if they don't have a warrant.

If you're not dealing, you have nothing to worry about, yes? It's not like the local PD is gonna get a search warrant to search your apt based on the word of your neighbor. I would even bet she has a history with them as a habitual caller. I wouldn't worry about it,, but if the pd does show up, just don't let them in, easy as that

Since it appears you're admittedly a cop, I have to take this as a biased answer and not much more. You're basing your answer on your own experience, I'm basing it on national data that's widely available that says there might be a problem here.

As a cop, you'll always downplay the problem because that's the side you're on. Not that I blame you.
