A lot lol. If you get Fage Greek yogurt it’s 22 grams per container. So x 2 is 44 right there. Great value is 15 grams so 30 gram for 2 containers. 6 tablespoons of liquid egg whites is 10 grams. 2 tablespoons peanut butter is 8 grams. If you’re cutting swap out the peanut butter for PB Fit.
I forgot to count the yogurt, I am at 56 with that added.
17g of the Oikos triple zero yogurt. Went with that one because it was lower in sugar and higher in protein.
All the rest is the same amount.

Sounds good brother. There’s no rules with that shake lol. Use the ingredients you love!
 
Exactly. I will use protein powder in a pinch. Nothing wrong without that. Post workout shake usually consists of a cup of cottage cheese, cup of egg whites with oats and a banana. If I don't have cottage cheese or egg whites, I substitute with some protein powder.

Yes sir! There is absolutely nothing wrong with protein powder. The only reason I typically avoid it is because I have digestive issues LOL

I'm lucky in that I tolerate lactose well. I hear bros all the time saying protein powder isn't real food.:rolleyes:. Its made from dairy and is actually a really good source as long as you can tolerate the lactose.

I’d save the tren for a few cycles down the road not just because it’s a beast but because your goals are size. I would use test and deca for your next. I would use Tren when you’re ready to cut or re-comp

I can drink them, have one now that I can tolerate and like the taste. I will probably go to a casein one and drink before bed to make sure I am getting the protein I need. My biggest issue is diet as sometimes I miss a meal with my job and need to do better with meal prep.

Just a shake to drink. I haven’t had a “post workout” shake in a long time. Honestly no different. I really don’t think it’s necessary. We are all eating all the time. We have plenty of macros floating around our body all day lol.

I think I will do the Deca and test cycle. 500 MG of test and 200 to 400 MG of deca a week and see how that goes. And of course EAT!

You can always substitute with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. Like @BigBaldBeardGuy said diet will determine the cycle more than the gear itself.

I’m on TRT and haven’t given any thought to pct. lots of people use hcg. Nolvadex with clomid. I honestly see value in adding D-aspartic acid during PCT as there’s data showing it to increase natural testosterone production (nothing crazy but I would tend to believe it would help). I’ve also heard Aromasin is good to add with pct
