Kinda looking at the Spud Inc lat, tricep, low cable combo set up... not sure but if it can do all I want may be a great addition for my gym as well.

Squat wouldnt say anymore than 315 these days with the knee issues. Deadlift havent maxed in a while was 475 but last time DL was 425x3@Btcowboy
what are your squat and deadlift numbers now? I’m gona look back through your log and get an idea of what all you’ve been doing volume and tonnage wise and throw together a basic template for you
You may try doing some wider stance low bar and sitting back almost sumo style squat I call it. It’ll keep the forward knee Travel to a minimum. So you have a rack, some dbells, SSB? How much in dbells you have?@Worf volume is dependent on program and what week or block I am in I will post past volume by lift except OHP which I also like doing.

Fuck that now too 60 bucks shipping on top of the 150 dont think so...Doing more research I dont think I will get the low pulley. Other than belt squats not worth it to me and I don't have room to slip under the rack anyways. I kinda wish I knew Rogue sold them too as they are cheaper and I could have included edit the tricep lat pulley in my order yesterday lol

I was gonna suggest the box squats.
