I ate something like 500g of cooked basmati rice at day for 6 weeks, than i had a bad pain in my gut... i was also sick of that rice and since i switched to egg pasta i feel good, I m kinda lean because of the hgh even on insulin... Today after the previous 2 days at low carb because of my pain, and 5iu ed of hgh without insulin , i had lot of big veins on my arms and delts and skin very thin everywhere, on chest too... so if the egg pasta will make me gain fat i ll see it for sure... boiled egg pasta, with some olive oil, salt, black pepper and 2 egg yolk, its freaking good.. if i dont gain fat i think ill never come back to rice.. *i eat pasta while on humulin r... today i ate 130g of dried pasta , 2 times , kinda like 250g of cooked basmati rice (2 times), and i felt good and didnt go hypo.. and i m not on tren, just npp eq test e test p and hgh, plus humulin r pre wo, humalog post wo and lantus + humalog 1 day at week... i m something like on 6500 kcal daily, i packed some good quality muscle, didnt update my log since i dont have great pics and its too soon for them anyway... i think i should eat more pasta because it seems im leaning out... i make a 16/8 intermittent fasting the day before i use lantus with lot of carbs... i ll try eating more pasta and watch if i gain fat... if its not clear i love that fuckin egg pasta with raw yolks on top... i would eat a pussy with raw yolk creampiing from... uhm maybe not, that was a nice thought in first place but once i started wondering better about it i thought i would puke... i would eat a pussy with just its squirt without yolk
