Have another dumb question as usual. What does rpe stand for?

That dude Ben Pollack is a fucking beast. He looks like bullets would bounce off him. Insane condition. He has the perfect physique in my opinion. And those eyes in that pic mean business. Can you say INTENSITY?

Dude is much bigger now. He’s doing bodybuilding shows now. He’s anticipating 240+ stage weight. He has put on a ton of size and still is ripped. His PhD is in exercise History of all things. He has admitted that his doctorate is so specialist that all he can do with it is teach.

I’ve been watching his transformation while working w Justin Harris. Justin’s another anomaly, when it comes to nutrition and things—he’s smart as hell too.

Freaking MANIMAL!!!!
I have a new idol! Lol.

Physio today getting Shockwave done again on the arms, it really does seem to help me.
Question for @Worf firstly want to thank you for putting a program together for me. I love the variation in the program and the additional accessory work. Also dont want to disappoint so always give it my all lol.

The question was what methodology or programming would it mostly be modeled after? I like it and want to keep following it.

Raw Conjugate is probably the closest thing. Which itself is a pretty broad category. It’s honestly bits and pieces of many training modalities, hopefully the best of all. Some, volume, some intensity, some block, some DUP, some RPE. Target the lifters weakness with accessories, through special exercise and volume. Never too much of any one thing at any one time. Keep doing it as long as it keeps working.
