Raw Conjugate is probably the closest thing. Which itself is a pretty broad category. It’s honestly bits and pieces of many training modalities, hopefully the best of all. Some, volume, some intensity,some block, some DUP, some RPE. Target the lifters weakness with accessories, through special exercise and volume. Never too much of any one thing at any one time. Keep doing it as long as it keeps working.Physio today getting Shockwave done again on the arms, it really does seem to help me.
Question for @Worf firstly want to thank you for putting a program together for me. I love the variation in the program and the additional accessory work. Also dont want to disappoint so always give it my all lol.
