I was given bad intel. Os is not Mr Speck aka tabman or any other cop.
I have to think it would make this thread that much more interesting if he was LE and he and this Dresdan were matching wits.
I can picture Dresdan trying to stymie the choke hold attempt. But alas....he's just his usual cordial self making lasting friendships in the Underground.(r we in the Underground?)

Well I'll say this - people can go back and forth all day pointing out insufficiencies in a particular group of people. Blacks have their issues just as Whites do. It's noted that Blacks are the leading cause of death by Blacks the same goes goes for Whites but in greater numbers, plus it's self inflicted. Whites lead all races in the US in suicide and death by drug overdose and those numbers are far greater than that of Black on Black crime that leads to death. Is it worse for someone to kill another or themselves, truth is it doesn't matter as death is the outcome for both sides. In either case, one must ask why Blacks kill each other and why Whites commit suicide and OD at an alarming rate. Maybe, just maybe for both sides it's an issue with the world we live in and those that control it and not necessarily the people themselves, I'm speaking to the root cause of these issues.

I can agree with a lot of what you said. But Dresden is all about white on black hate. His people are all about love and harmony? Lol. Funny shit. He can damn sure be proud to be black. That’s cool and I agree. But calling a guy out for being proud to be white is comical. Of course I haven’t visited every country in Africa nor do I want to. I would like to go to Egypt to see the pyramids one day. You probably didn’t know Egypt was in Africa did you? Why would I be jealous of blacks? One of my great grandmothers was an African slave from the Congo sold by her own people for profit so I don’t understand where the jealousy comment comes from. So what’s your connection to Africa besides being black.

If you are using enough gear to hold on to your muscle, then go for it. Let us know if 25 mcg works (I don't notice a difference), and, if not, increase it to 50 mcg, 25 mcg x 2 split up daily.

The only two schools I ascribe to for T3 use is either adding it in when your diet/cut is getting deep and you've already done the nast calorie cuts, ramped the cardio, and your thyroid is probably getting wonky. Then you toss in 25mcg just to keep it running at normal levels. Or start at 25mcg earlier and then ramp up to a max of 50mcg until cut is finished. Any of the monsters I've known or knew their salt were ever running 100mcg of T3. Even Clen is nasty af I cringe when I see triple digit doses related to Clen or T3.

When I was younger I tried 75mcg etc and it is not worth it.

Run only pharma T3 and increase slowly every week 12.5mcg by 12.5mcg
And you gradually come down if you fuck your thyroid gland, it's treatment for life

After the cure you can take 100mcg of selenium and iodine for 2 weeks or more Me it permit me to quickly regain my natural rate
