Triptorelin Side Effects Post 2 Year BnC

I've been off gear for 8 months after a 2 year blast and cruise. Recovery was slow but I began to feel slightly better over time. Did a 3 month PCT, fast forward to 5 months off gear, I felt decent but still not like my normal self. Energy was around a 7/10, was working out consistently, just had low E2 sides like difficult sleeping, hot flashes, and some irritability.

Took 100mcg of the peptide triptorelin to accelerate recovery. It got the job done numbers wise, but ever since, I’ve been dealing with fatigue, stomach pain/bloat, and sore feet in the morning, nausea, and pale stools. My levels are back to where they were before steroids and I’ve always had tons of energy but now after this triptorelin shot which was 14 weeks ago I’m fatigued, and have stomach pain. I felt better before I took the shot.

Idk what’s causing this but I see that my Pregnenolone levels are low. I’ve been off gear for 8 months now.. Can low pregnenolone be causing all of these symptoms?

Got tested for hepatitis A, B, and C, all negative. Stool tested for h. Pylori, negative. Ultrasound results came back normal. Really trying to figure out what is causing this stomach pain/bloat, fatigue, and nausea. Doctor recommended omeprazole for 14 days to lower stomach acidity but that hasn't helped

Please help.

Triptorelin has destroyed my stomach some how.

Maybe it wiped out my good bacteria?

Maybe it was contaminated and is causing heavy metal toxicity?

Maybe it stripped me of some important vitamins and minerals causing a deficiency? I have no idea, anyone with some knowledge, please feel free to share it. I am in desperate need of help.

Check pancreatic problems
According to my doctor, my ultrasound of my liver, kidneys, gallbladder, and pancreas are all normal.

However, for my pancreas it says, "The visualized pancreas is increased in echogenicity."

Just messaged him about that as it sounds concerning.

Any other help, suggestions, or ideas of what's going on is greatly appreciated.

in ultrasounds, the pancreas is hidden behind the stomach and duodenum and cannot be seen well. ct scan is recommended

Amylase is 97 u/l
Standard range <100 u/l

Lipase is <20 u/l
Standard range <60 u/l

Thoughts? I will mention a CT scan to him as well.

You know, pale stool is a symptom of not enough bilirubin. This would indicate some sort of gallbladder problems or some other problems related to the gut. I have similar problems from my last cycle. Bloated and pale stools. Didn't do any test for gut bacteria, though I doubt that's the problem. It might be damaged gut lining or some food intolerances that can develop due to damaged gut, ...

Regarding fatigue, low pregnenolone can definitely contribute to it.

i repeat, check pancreatic problems with a tc scan
Just found out that all the side effects that I'm experiencing are due to the drug itself.

According to the source it is the acetate ester so I shouldn't be feeling like this for 4 months now. Maybe it wasn't the acetate ester. I don't know and honestly I'm tired of "waiting it out" because it is definitely affecting my quality of life. I'm considering TRT for 3 months and then attempting another PCT

Are you repeating (for which I am utterly grateful) as a response to my post?

No, why in the hell would you want to go on a trt dose of test for 3 months? You'll just further unbalance your hormones and wont achieve anything. Makes no sense.

Gut issues are a common thing. And pale stool is usually due to bilirubin problems.

You have low progesterone. Do some research on what's the progesterons role and you'll quickly find concrete connections to fatigue.

Go on a TRT dose to feel better man. I feel like shit and I noticed that I feel better on serms. How do I have low progesterone? It shows my progesterone in range in the bloodwork.

Sorry, I've mistaken pregnenolone wtih progesterone when looking at you test results. The same still applies. Low pregnenolone though. Read up on pregnenolone and adrenal fatigue. With low preg, you just might have low cortisol.

Regarding TRT, you have normal mid level TT. There is no need for TRT. Going on a TRT dose of test for 3 months and then going through a PCT again makes no sense. You'll feel like crap during PCT and afterwards it will take some time to get back to where you are now and the end result might be even worse then where you are now. So, going on "trt" for 3 months makes no sense.

Fix your hormones. You've been b/c for 2 years bro, it's going to take some time to feel normal again. 560 TT can't compare to a high TRT dose of 1000 ng/dl though. But regarding what you feel as normal and what not, this will take some time.

So, either go on trt for life or fix your natural hormones. Buying and taking pregnenolone orally might just probably help with your perceived fatigue but I don't know how taking pregnenolone will help you long term. But nothing, in regards to exogenous hormonal use, will fix your gut issues.

I forgot to mention that last week I took a dose of nolva and I had MUCH BETTER digestion the very next day. Only problem is nolva really fucks up my mood and makes me feel depressed which isn't sustainable.

Later in the week I tried clomid and I had MUCH BETTER digestion. Only problem is clomid raises E2 a lot for me and I didn't have an AI on hand.

So if two different serms made me feel better initially in terms of energy and digestion, fixing my gut issues, don't you think its a hormonal problem??????

This is why I said I'm considering going on TRT.

I will try the pregnenolone.

Also what you fail to realize is that I FELT BETTER BEFORE THE TRIPTORELIN. I was feeling decent, much better than I feel now. So the triptorelin made me worse off. It's been 4 months and I have not felt better since. This is ruining my quality of life. But yes, I will give the pregnenolone a shot.

Bro, I'm just trying to help you and prevent you from making nonsensical decisions. So take it eazy and do some research.

Honestly, I have no idea why a serm would fix your gut issues and I have no idea what's the deal with triptorelin but there just might not be much there tbh. You've been b/cing for 2 years bro. If you felt normal for a short duration of time after cessation (or during) of taking serms, it doesn't mean that that feeling is going to last. 2 years is a long time and your system is going to take a long time to fully recover. And as you just saw, it's not all about TT levels. This is often not mentioned in the BB community. I cycle, and it always take's like 3 to 4 months after pct for me to start feeling normal. And those are 2 - 4 month cycles.

One other thing you could try, and this is probably what serms are doing in regards to your gonads, is to try hcg. Hcg has helped so many in regards to mood, libido and energy ON CYCLE yet alone off cycle. But again, this is not a permanent solution. Imo the permanent solution is to wait it out or do some additional tests to see what's wrong. Did you use hcg in the 2 years of blasting and cruising?

Anyway, you can try different things (like preg, hcg, serm's, etc.) and in such a way narrow down your problem. And in the mean time, you just might start to feel normal as the body might balance it self out.

What was your cruise dose btw? Coming down after a 2 years 250mg's cruise dose should be quite harsh imo.

Cruise dose was 60mg of test.
I understand you want to help me and I really appreciate that, I am just trying to explain my situation here. I was feeling decent and working out consistently, wasn't that fatigued, up until I took the triptorelin. This was MONTHS after the serms. Idk why people are undermining the triptorelin and just focusing on the BnC. I literally have all of these side effects due to the triptorelin, it's not because of anything else.

Maybe the serms raised estrogen? Pregnenolone? Maybe my androgen receptors down regulated from the triptorelin and the serms offset that problem? I have no idea but I do know they made a positive difference. Idk what they did to be exact but its 100% hormonal since they made me feel better. I just ordered some pregnenolone, will try that out. Will try out hcg as well. If those fail, I will try a TRT dose of test.

Oh, 60 mg's, that really low. For most this wouldn't be sufficient as a TRT dose. But kudos for keeping the dose actually in the TRT domain. Ei. this is not a cruise dose, but trt, so you really weren't b/cing tbh.

Well serms are stimulatory to your gonads. Especially clomid. This is why you probably feel better on them. Hcg should achieve the same thing more or less, this is why I though about it when you mentioned that serms help.

We are partially disregarding tript because you didn't use it a lot and 2 years of trt is a hell of a lot bigger problem then a single pin of tript. As I said, I presume that the timing is more or less a coincidence. But off course I could be wrong.

Did you do bloods after or prior to tript?

*Edit

Don't get me wrong, tript is a big risk factor. Especially if you got the dosage wrong. I don't want to downplay tript. But if the bloods are after the use of trip, well, then you can clearly see where the problem lies: neurosteroids.
