My new diet looks like this, this was today.
No more peanut butter. Been eating like this for a week.

1-breakfast always-smoothie-oatmeal, yogurt, fruit.
2-post workout-rice and a meat or left overs
3-Lunch-steak eggs and fried rice with soy sauce or burrito w/rice Meat and cheese and tourtilla
4-1 hr post lunch-protein shake
5-dinner, meat and pasta or rice or potatoes.
6-protein shake

i have cut out any snacks and desserts.

-.5 tsp salt 3x day 3500-4000 mg sodium
-.5 tsp potassium salt 3x day 3500-4000 mg potasium

144 ounces water

i have not cruised yet. I am not ready. Seeing great results.

dropped mast 1 week ago.

so on

700 mg test
420 npp
50 mg adrol ed

have been on this test and npp for 7 weeks. Only 3 days with adrol. 2-4 more weeks whicj my npp will be all done.

will cruise when my npp is done. Feeling great with big improvments.

Been doing this for 1 week.
 
Decided to run Tren and Test cycle since

I homebrew.

Tren A 133 mg/mL at .3 cc ED = 280 mg
Test C 200 mg/mL at .3 cc ED = 460 mg

will do this for 6 weeks then up dose as needed.

Adding Anadrol at week 8, for 3-4 weeks. at 50 mg.

doing low doses because when i do higher my appetite is screwed up. I dont feel like blending my food and chugging it unless i really have to at the last 4 weeks.

Running a 10 weeks cycle of tren but that is ONLY if my appetite is continuously good and my mood. If my mood is affected dropping tren and running NPP.

i also have NPP, Winny, Anadrol, Dbol, Anavar, Mast P.

But tren and test is plenty.

will be logging macros in 1 week from now.

protein- 250
Carbs - 300
Fats - 100
Cals 3100

then going from there.

ending at 4000 cals around.
i am 220 6 foot 1 and 14 % bf.

i have a 300 lb barbell set and thats what i will be using.

i have a squat rack, chest floor rack, and landmine press. Along with 40 lb dumbells. Everything i need.


I dont care what i eat, as i dont get fat. Ill be eating anything and everything.

cardio is swimming, bike rides, canoeing.

do yoga every morning.

So as of now i just started drol again for 3 days. Today being 4th. In the past every oral has giving my issues keeping my appetite up by week 2-3.

I definitly feel a workout boost from the anadrol. When i take it. Its still a bit early this run, i take it 30 minutes preworkout. yes strength from anadrol is great and the ability to keep lifting, i have to force myself to stop or ill just keep going.

May have to take a day off eventually. Active rest or something.

Anadrol is one of my fave pre workouts. Orals always fuck with my appetite as well though unless I take them before bed obviously or just do like four days on two days off. Keep us updated on the drol, how long do you plan on running it?

Ideally 4 weeks straight at 50 mg. Would be really great.
 
Great Hard leg workout today
quad focus

Close Smith squat Slow eccentric 5x12
Glute pushback 4x10 each leg
Adductors 3x10-15 Each legs
Quad extensions 3X10-15 each leg

serious eccentric TUT work this go around.
I do legs 2x a week one day is quad focus and one day is glutes and hammy focus.
 
Did back and shoulders yesterday.

today did arms

3 hard bicep exercises and 1 lighter
3 hard tricep exercises and 1 lighter.
 
Anadrol preworkout is really great, so hopefully its not going to hinder appettite or at least a can force feed if it does. We will see.

so far so good. Eliminated all sugar out of my diet, no more iced tea and lemonade. I am all bulked up, so now to work on the constant slow muscle growth, i dont like being cut.

so food today was

chicken salad sandwhich

i had a lot of work today. Hence the sandwhiches

no cardio today but have been EOD LISS at night for 30 minutes.
 
Why is it so hard to take a day off from lifting? It has to be my addictice personality. Its absurd.

Anyone have any tips to take a day off? But still feeling like I do when I lift. My whole day is just better on the days I lift. Since i lift in the morning, so much less stressed the rest of the day. Also
It takes away from the bordem that covid has brought.

I wish I had an answer man. I usually take rest days on my days off of work and plan something to do with my girl. The day usually starts with a large coffee and that helps lol I’m in the same boat though I have to fight with myself to take an off day. Even if my whole body is cripplingly sore I still wanna drag myself to the gym lol
 
Not sure but possible decrease in appetite already from anadrol. Dont mind, so going to try harder to get past it. By having better food around, more tasty or something.

but i also had more work these past 3 days.
