Any tips for lowering blood pressure? Stopping my blast to get it under control.

My blood pressure has always sat around 117/70. On a blast I’ve seen it get up to 130/80 but that was a rare reading. Currently I am on testE/NPP/EQ 750/500/600. This is almost identical blast to the one I ran last year, which I loved.

I’m about 8 1/2 weeks in and my blood pressure for the last 4 weeks has been sitting around 145/75 with a reading or two being 150/75. I don’t like this at all and I think it would be best to come to a cruise to try and get my BP under control.

I was wondering if you guys had any tips or recommendations to help lower this faster and get it back to normal. Currently I’m doing LISS 6-7x a week for about 30 minutes and my diet has been great.

Your blood pressure isn't that bad, but high enough to warrant concern. Increase your water intake if you haven't already. Carditone is an OTC supplement that always works for me. Also low dose cialis 5-10 mg/day.

So cialis does help? I’ve heard it does. I’ve always had high blood pressure and was going to start medication soon if I can’t get it under control. If cialis works I’ll just go that route

Cialis does help. But this is the cost of doing business some PEDs are going to raise it. Maybe check your E2 and see if your retaining water. When I ran Test and NPP I upped my A.I. a bit to stay drier as well as taking Mast

If you go in to see an understanding doctor they can prescribe you stuff to get your BP under control. Aside from that, doing LISS cardio does wonders for BP

I'm just used to my BP being on the lower end. Seeing it spike to 150/75 has me worried a bit. I think I'm going to try celery, cialis, and carditone to bring it down?

Cialis does work for me when I'm on cycle. My blood pressure doesn't get far out of range though and sometimes not at all.

Yeah me too. My BP is usually 115/75 but on some cycles I the top end rises about like yours and the bottom end as well. I know people who use celery seed as well with success. Carditone and cialis does the job for me.

I’ve had high blood pressure most of my life my mother and her father both had it too unfortunately. It’s nothing out of control but my doctor has recommended getting me on a medication.
I will get my e2 checked though because if that’s contributing to it I could probably get it lower through that as well, thanks!

Idk who this questions for, but I use caffeine I’ve been lowering my intake though. I’m currently down to just a cup of coffee in the morning. Will probably stop altogether in a week or so
A cup of coffee in the morning shouldn’t do anything to your BP. Things like adderall, vyvanse, ECA, ginseng, etc can all raise your blood pressure if abused, and even sometimes in moderation

Forsure, I’m not a stimulant user anymore and even when I was I didn’t really abuse them. Used to be a fan of adderall though. Do you think mild to moderate use of something like adderall would raise it for prolonged periods or just while using? I’m mostly wondering for future reference lol

“ fact, there was a survey with one hundred and thirty seven patients who were treated with Adderall (or similar medication for ADHD/ADD) in which the results indicated that the patients experienced changes in their blood pressure and pulse (Findling 2001).”
“Additionally, insomnia, anxiety and irritability, hallucinations, symptoms of depression, seizures, high blood pressure and rapid heart are all the few but extremely dangerous side effects of abusing Adderall”

I’m no doctor but I’d say you’re probably fine doing a little adderall now and then. As long as it’s not fucking with you and your BP isn’t skyrocketing, I wouldn’t worry about it my guy

Thanks a lot! Appreciate all the info man, I’m about to read that study

On some cycles your BP gets to around 150/75? How long has it stayed there before you got it under control. MY anxiety about having high BP probably doesn't help my high BP problem lol
