Red 35lbs
Black 75lbs
Purple 100lbs
Green 135lbs..
I am pretty positive on the red and blacks not the purple and green

Probably should have, just want to hit 205lbs before Meet prep.... figure if I can hit it before Feb 28 then I can coast the last week or 2 on diet and cardio before 13 week prep....After this next week I should have a good idea on diet and cardio and be able to make some adjustmentsI would’ve definitely skipped,the cardio in those days,lol

Believe it not the grip shirt I believe doesnt. But ya most shirts do. I think just in a spot that assist the lift, seen some lower down the backDon’t all t shirts have a seam across the shoulder? It’s not going to be outlawed in that fed
Double overhand until I cant then to hook grip. Took me a while to deaden the nerves in my thumbs, and skin toughen upLooks good. Didn’t know you use hook grip. Well, at least it looks that way. I tried it a couple times but it never worked for me.
Keep it static another week. Sometimes it takes a week to get it moving. Happens to me then I decrease cals and end up loosing 3 lbs the next weekWeight today is a piss off.
223 exact same as last week.
I am eating 2400 cals (500 cal deficit) and probably a bit less as I have skipped a meal here and there. Cardio has been every morning 30 mins fasted, some stairs, firefighting calls and training, amd my normal 4 day a week weight training. I don't understand why, even a mix up on calorie calculations the added cardio should account for a loss.
I guess cut calories some more, and add some more cardio. Its funny had a thought after lifting yesterday, while tired my numbers on my lifts really didnt drop much
