Criticize my PEDs, training and diet

Hello everyone. I’m getting ready for a blast coming up here starting March 1st, and here is my following plan. I’d like to also add that I’m signing up for a local bench press competition (just for fun, not getting into it or tailoring my training for it really) that will be around week 12 of my 15 week blast. Anyways, criticize my program and if I like your criticism then I will modify it to make it better :)

PED’s

1000mg Test/week (wk 1-15)

What's your goal? I used to do a similar split. I just recently switched to push, pull, legs. I'm really seeing a difference, arms seem to be keeping up even with the deceased volume. Definitely going to keep this split moving forward.

I’m about 210 fasted in the morning right now.. 12-13% I’d say. I’d like to be 230 and stay under 15%.

I was considering a push pull legs, but I’m kind of doing that right now so I figured I’d change it up when I blast so it’s something different?

I would do at least 600 deca. I think deca should be ran at a gram or more but to each his own. Ya gotta consider that your taking roughly a 36% hit. So at 500 your really only getting 320mg of actual nandrolone. I gained some really good quality muscle at 900mg i did recently. Also you could get away with 6mos on deca if your feelin it

Me personally I'd add in another upper back exercise and a hamstring exercise. Something like chest supported rows for the upper back. And rdls for the hammys. You could even be fancy and do snatch grip rdls to hit them all at once. Lol. Seems most people are underdeveloped in those areas, especially hamstrings/glutes.

I feel like deca does more for me than test, personally I would do 750 test 750 deca. But that's just a personal thing I'm sure you know what works for you at this point. And I agree to move the dbol leading to the comp but you said it's just for fun so keep the dbol where you like. I also do the same split. I also see your doing 11 sets per muscle or so, you train pretty intense? I do around 12 sets but the last set of each exercise is all out failure, 4 to 6 reps with a couple forced half reps and hold, super slow static.

Well I was blasting a lot of shit getting ready for a bench press comp. The comp got cancelled so I went and got blood work done and my shit was way the fuck out of whack, so now I’m off of everything and eating salads and doing lots of cardio

:-(
Lol

I’m not a fan of the split. You’re probably going to get tendentious. It’s not really thought out. You’re more or less hitting arms 3 days in a row. Also, do you really need an arm day? It’s pretty much push pull arms legs. Why so much dedication to arms?
i also don’t see any rhyme or reason for exercise selection or order other than it’s an exercise that’s hits the body part. You’ve got bench followed by fly followed by incline bench. Why?
How are you counting your sets? I see everybody commenting on the steroids but I think drug selection really is the least thing to be concerned about.
the diet looks kinda random too. What is the calories and protein?
For a 4day split I like:
Chest/Bis
Day off
Legs quad focus
Shoulders/triceps
Day off
Back/hamstrings
Day off repeat.

I liked my training split. I don’t see anything wrong with it. Input from extremely knowledgeable and successful people helped me create it, and I had amazing success with it. The diet and the gear changed based on feedback, but the training was 1 and only thing that didn’t change. It was set up that way completely on purpose for a certain function. I did not hit “arms” 3 days in a row. I hit chest and shoulders day 1, so that’s not really arms. A very tiny bit of triceps is all.

then I hit back, not arms. You really do get a working load on your biceps on back day. Which is why arms were programmed the day after back, to hit the biceps again with feeder sets. It worked great. I added like an inch and a half on my arms and got big round biceps and had a way better delt to bicep tie in.

The training program worked exactly as intended and did its full purpose.

This whole thing was also months ago. I made some changes, the diet was pretty different from what I listed here. I also used higher test and deca (1200 test 600 deca).

This blast has come and gone and is over now lol

Somebody bumped it I overlooked the date you posted it but yes everything pushing or pulling hits arms indirectly. Do you not understand the basics of how the human body works? The training program was shit but I’m glad it worked out for you. You got results in spite of the program not because of the half way it was thrown together.
let’s see pics of the results this phenomenal routine.

I’m not putting pics of myself on these boards. People who know me know.

that training program was contributed to from IFBB pro friends and coaches who are much much much smarter than you are. You are speaking too generally saying I am hitting arms 3 times a week. I am hitting triceps once a week indirectly and once a week directly. That is twice a week. Then I hit biceps once a week indirectly and once a week directly. That is also twice a week. Hitting a muscle group twice a week is not uncommon or weird or bad. Your arm isn’t one big muscle you smooth brain. It was set that way on purpose to push feeder sets after hitting that muscle group with volume after a different heavier push/pull workout. You obviously just don’t have the experience to understand the concept.

Look dipshit, when you are pushing you are using triceps when you are pulling you are using biceps. You’ve got chest, back, arms. You are hitting tris 2x and bis 2x ergo you are hitting arms 3x a week.I never said arms are one big muscle. It’s also not only the muscle there’s also joints and ligaments. Are you familiar with trigger finger? Tendonitis? It’s not the frequency it’s how it’s programmed. You are hitting arms after doing chest then back with no rest. I understand that you fail at understanding intelligent programming. Of course you won’t post pics I’m not surprised. Who are these ifbb pros and coaches? I know quite a few.In fact my gym has several. A muscle doesn’t grow in the gym it grows at rest when it’s recovered. Explain the exercise selection? It’s literally just random shit thrown together

Exactly, I am hitting biceps twice a week and hitting triceps twice a week. What the fuck is wrong with that? I added an inch and a half to my arms this cycle from it, of which all has stayed so far.

hitting triceps while you hit chest and then hitting biceps while you hit the back next day are not the same fucking thing. Hitting biceps the day after back is called a feeder set, but you clearly don’t know what the fuck any of this is. Then it’s an entire 5 days before I hit that muscle group again. That’s enough rest.

you clearly don’t know shit about certain methods so just shut the fuck up already. I’m not posting pics of my sick physique for you to go beat off to faggot so stop trying, just go to meat spin dot com or something to get your fix you fuckin homo.

This is an anonymous fucking steroid board, most people won’t post pics you fuckin nob.

why do I need to take a rest day to hit back after chest day?? Lol you clearly don’t fucking know shit. I am hitting biceps as a secondary when I do back, not triceps you fucking nerd.
