I would like to know what those of you who support trump will do when he loses the election?

It amazes me the amount of Trump humpers and lib tards decide to clash on a daily basis about which side is better, when they both have the exact same agenda just with different companies.
Since Biden is running the show, it amazes me how he’s passed all these new bills involving insulin to skyrocket back up and transgenders to participate in whatever gender sport they identify with. When things that need to be addressed like police reform is no where in sight, Trump did fuck all about it as well.
Both parties want complete control over you, the only fight is between the big companies and whatever side they’re pegging that dictates who the rulers are.

Curious. How many of you here still believe martial law will still go into effect and the insurrection act was signed and that Trump will still be sworn in on or before March 4 because of some different interpretations of the constitution?
I am Republican but I also stand behind our President whether democratic or republican because I am an American and I want America to succeed.

Apparently there are still numerous QAnon and other conspiracy theories out there and idiots like @hfo369 still believe in them. The uneducated Qunt even got his Twitter suspended. Now when someone gets their 'real name' Twitter suspended and then spews their crazy conspiracies on a source board like say ASF, don't you think that brings negative attention to the board, especially when that person is a mod. He isn't the only mod over there that does that but he is the biggest scumbag.

I should have listened to the group here after Admin at asf was indicted and kept up sources that had been busted (Nuclear, etc.) or falsified reports and sold omna fakes like PSL. That place is only about the money and don't give two shits about member safety. I wish there were more boards like meso and less like ASF.

The QAnon stuff is pretty wild. Honestly, I don’t know what to think about it. It’s a well-thought out story true or false.

Martial Law never happened and never will happen. That would alienate so many Americans. That would be the worst thing for the country.

I still can’t tell if Trump is against the career politicians or working with them. He’s polarizing but maybe that’s all part of the act and setup. Republicans vs Democrats but they’re the same team. I just don’t like seeing insane changes made for really no reason.

There were issues with the elections but that’s probably been that way for a long time. There should be a better way to vote.

I try to look at things with an open mind but the media doesn’t seem to be reporting facts. At least not w/o a bias. This covid thing is nuts. Tom Brady getting “shammed” for not wearing a mask last night after the Super Bowl. It’s Florida, they don’t have to. Why is everyone all in other people’s business all the time? Shamming people? C’mon.

Trump has belonged to both political parties (as well as a reform party). He joined the GOP out of pure pragmatism. The guy is not loyal to anyone but himself. People tend to forget that he was good friends with the Clintons up until he was running against Hillary. The idea some people have that he's some hardline GOP populist is laughable.

While I strongly agree with the "drain the swamp" sentiment, Trump is the very thing the swamp represents: self-interested people who do what's best for themselves and their careers at the expense of your average American. Biden is no different.

@BigBaldBeardGuy and @Test_Subject, you guys bring some good insights. I try not to get into politics because friends and family are on opposite sides and some let their beliefs interfere with relationships.
My belief is that once you get to a certain point in politics, you have already sold your soul and I do believe that most high level politicians are corrupt, just some more than others.
The country was certainly divided before Trump came into office but now it seems the Republican party is more divided than before and not sure which direction to lean. Trump did a lot of good things but also some foolish things. I do not believe the Republicans want to be an extremist party full of nutjob conspiracy theorists and I hope that is not where they are headed.
My main concern is that our country looks weak with its division setting up the possibility for outside country interference or attack. I don't think it will happen in this generation or the next but in say 150 years, is it possible the USA is no longer the most powerful country in the world? I know some say it is not the most powerful now but I don't believe that. I still would not want to live in any other country than the USA.

The first quote has been debunked a few times. A quick Google will confirm this

the second quote was only ever mentioned by some woman who simply said she heard him say it...

Both specious at best

and yet many will continue to purport this as fact.

Here's the thing though what can a politician do that can actually benefit the American people? Even more social spending like healthcare (obamacare), social security/pensions, higher wages 15/hr 20/hr 50/hr, state housing, more military spending, or how about giving every single American free checks for doing absolutely nothing? A nation isn't built by a few people in the govt or printing out massive fiat currency BUT by the people! The African govt which leans more to the left isn't going to raise standard of living for their people if you vote for them nor is some self righteous douchebag from Hollywood taking photos of starved black kids in mud huts BUT by letting their people innovate, this may require you to use your brain though instead of having some govt official nanny you. This is why Asians succeeded while Africa to this day remains to be the poorest continent on the planet. The pink tide in Latin American didn't help out the Latinos either, if your kid never leaves the house and remain dependent on their parent to take care of them what will they do when their parent is gone?

Many Asian nations are in abject poverty. Other Asian nations had a long term forward thinking, albeit exploitative government control over everything

None of this is the result of Asian people being innovative and clever, while Africans are feeding of the left wing tit

Since China began to open up and reform its economy in 1978, GDP growth has averaged almost 10 percent a year, and more than 850 million people have been lifted out of poverty. Today, China is an upper-middle-income country and the world's second largest economy. The future is not the US but China

USA will always have a trade deficit, we need a new currency to boost our exports.

yes. The Chinese government. They did this. A small group of politicians. Nothing whatsoever to do with the general population.

what does this currency conversion table have to do anything at all? It has nothing to do with trade or a trade deficit

Weaker domestic currency stimulates exports and makes imports more expensive. but a strong domestic currency hampers exports and makes imports cheaper.

Eh China or Russia will take over. I’m betting Russia because not only has the US been at an arms race with them during Trumps campaign (mainstream media and the DNC didn’t cover this because that would expose their lies about Trump and Russia having close ties). Not to mention China’s population isn’t completely okay with how it’s being run, versus Russia where the majority side with their leader.
