Hello.

So this was the fourth time this past half year that i cum blood. Nothing unusual happened to the boys each time. Once i cum i feel heat all across my urethra, that's when i know it's gonna be bloody. Once it happens, my left or right testicle shrivel back to my body and it takes at least 10 minutes to drop.

some background : 26 years old, blast and cruise for three years doing some (5K iu) hcg every 4 months for one month and i have been using Cialis daily at 10 mg for the past year (problem started half a year ago). I was told by a friend who is an endocrinologist that prolonged use of Cialis can cause this. Any experience?

This last time concerned me enough to open this thread, i would like to know if it happened to other people? I believe i should book an appointment to a urologist regardless?

Hematospermia. Definitely go see a doctor. I wouldn’t wait when it comes to prostrate, testicular, or penis issues.

Anytime there is a blood in pee or semen dont waste your time on the board see a doctor ASAP these things dont “fix” itself by waiting it out.

I have a messed up bladder and prostate issues and see the uroligst multiple times a year for my issues. Seems a little embarrassing at first, but they are their to help.

Go get this looked at as soon as you can. This is not something to put off cause it miraculously clears up on it's own and only does it ever now and then.

Well if there is an underlying condition causing this at your age it’s way more likely to be an infection like the clap for example. It’s extremely rare for a 26 year old to have prostate cancer. I think I read that like 99% of prostate cancer cases happen in men 50 or older. But yea go to the dr, if it’s an infection it can cause damage if left untreated.

I had a little blood in my precum once but I just had surgery where they stuck a camera/probe/laser/stent up my dick for a stone so it was trauma in my case.

So just because another member opened a thread about it today, I have notice I have missed your comments.

I can report I have not touched Cialis for half a year and when I started taking it again at 5mg EOD, nothing happened, it has been 8 months.

2 weeks after my last post in this thread, I want to see a urologist, I did CT scan for the gonads and prostate. later a biopsy was taken to revel the scarring of the prostate.

Nowadays, it could hurt cumin if it's a really good one = can't enjoy too much unfortunately.
