Last day of cut today, and fucking thank god. Final weigh in tomorrow morning, then off to donate blood before blast. Dim Sum for lunch with the wife as it is her birthday this weekend.

Food to start prep is bought back to red meat thankfully. Prep food this weekend and start prep Sunday. So looking forward to see what my meet numbers start to look like over the next 13 weeks.
 
Deload week before prep begins. In my mind I am done the cut even though I kinda still have this week. Lifting will be light and easy, cardio may or may not exist lol. Food will be still in a deficit but no garauntee lol... pretty much done with cut.

Super excited to start prep, eat, and blast. Any tips on keeping weight gain down as slow as possible while still gaining strength? Assume keep cals slightly (250) above maintenance?

Not fucking happy about it.
I've been bulking/recomp for about 2.5 years now.... sucks.
Luckily I'm pretty good st it from my bodybuilding days, so I should be able to do 16 lbs in 4 weeks... going to suck...badly.

Final weigh in on cut.
207 lbs, a total loss of 18lbs in 8 weeks.

This gives me 13lbs to play with for prep.

Thanks it was tough lol. I kept upping the cardio week to week to allow me to keep calories and macros where they were. Now I want to burn my stationary bike and dona ritualistic dance around it until its nothing but a pool of plastic and metal...looking forward to blasting and getting my strength back

Keeping food simple will eat same thing day in day out (I am used to this). Except suppers with wife. Starting at 3034 cals which is about 250 over maintenance. 314 carb, 81 fat, 308 protein. Will adjust as needed. Have to keep weight under 220.

Gear simple as well. 500mg test cyp, 250x2 per week all 13 weeks. 50mg Proviron, 25mgx2 per day all 13 weeks. Anavar 60mg, 30mgx2 per day last 6 weeks. Halo on peak days and meet day.

Lifting later this am and will post up then

Does seem mildy excessive for under 220
But not insane
I eat around 275ish at 240lbs.

Mostly for me, it just fills me up to help me from hunger craving carbs
Dude I’ve been eating ~200g since this cut started, I just started eating 230 yesterday, cos of the RP app, and I’m full as shit all day. It definitely helps with that

Squats was warming up and started my first working set when pager went off for a structure fire. I was first due and spent the last 8 hrs fighting this stubborn 2 storey house fire. It was everywhere, in the walls, the ceiling, the floor, the attic... a long one opening up walls, floors and ceilings to ensure no more fire. Will restart today tomorrow

I've never heard of them splitting it up without consent, would be a huge disadvantage to anyone weighing in later. The afternoon one is to accommodate out of towners and people's work schedules or ones that don't need to make weight.

I am so fucking beat up after this fire today.... see how I feel tomorrow re do todays workout... wasnt happy where my BP and pulse rate was at the fire. Paramedics come to structure fires am5d check us out when we rehab (run out of air, take a break, and get checked) all got better but something to watch
