Daily protein from shakes?

Usually stick to 30-80g depending on how i structure my meals. I use an intraworkout and put some whey in there and in yoghurt/quark/cottage cheese so it adds up.
 
It varies by the day. Meat hurts me. Well I primarily buy ground beef buuut yea. Ive tried eating only food and shake heavy diet. As long as you get whole food it doesnt seem to matter much. For me cause of my gi issues its either shakes or nothing some days, its not always laziness
 
I've replaced most food protein with whey isolate, and beef liver tabs for all the missed nutrients. i'll eat three normal sized meals a day, and one meal is kids cereal lol. My carbs come from mostly cream of rice. Otherwise I graze on fruits and vegetables.

For Bodybuilding I don't care what anyone says, whey just fine. You will feel better on supplemental protein and be able to gain just fine. Don't forget your fiber though.
Also...I'm 5'8 and 245 pounds right now with 22.3 inch arms. I hate food for Bodybuilding, it's just too much. I want to enjoy food. Many end up dreading food when it comes to Bodybuilding diets. I'm unfortunately one of them.
 
So the past 2 weeks I've been taking in 160-240 grams of protein per day from iso drink as well as 200 grams of protein from tilapia/eggs and so far I can already see the benefits I'm getting.

Strength is up and muscles are fuller/look better and the iso drinks don't bother my guts at all unless I eat dirty or eat red meat. I'm mixing 400mls vanilla almond milk with 2-3 scoops iso whey and after I shake em up I let them sit a good hour so all the small bubbles dissipate, if I drink it without letting it sit I get bad gas and bloat. The rest of my diet is basmati rice with boiled tilapia and eggs with toast in am and some oj during the day.

I'm 6"2 230 fwiw.

If so, wow, that is pretty amazing stuff. I am just going to go and sulk in the corner for a while.

Or, damn, maybe I should be drinking more shakes instead of force feeding myself real food, :D

Hunter labrada uses a shit ton of whey iso.
I stopped force feeding years ago. But again I use beef liver tabs as well. I seriously have 50 to 80 a day of those. Beverly whatever brand is all I can stomach. I feel those cover the nutrients I miss out on with beef and other meats, while I use whey as most of my protein.
 
I just like to see how I look to be honest.
I'm actually hoping to drop some muscle.
I'd like to be around 200lbs. Bodybuilding really isn't my thing anymore.

:D Just kidding. I get it. I'll probably need to do the same soon for health at my age, but I just want to see how big I can get before I am too old to do it.
