Kind of forgot to update last week. Lol. Notable sets were 345x3x3 on bench, 485x3 on raw squat, and an obviously effortless 545x3 sumo deadlift.

X25 t&g bench @ 225
3x8 one arm lat pulldowns
3x8 nautilus machine row
2x8 landmine press
3x8 preacher curls
3x12 tricep pushdowns
Well, this is my first week without a coach. I feel I've already learned everything I was looking to learn from Josh. So probably going to go back to my own thing for now and incorporate some of the tricks I picked up from talking to him and following his programming. Was hoping to get 10 reps of 315, but I started going to a gym again and their bench sucks horribly. Lol. Too low to the ground, super slippery, and kind of narrow. Lol. Guess I spoiled myself benching with an extra fat pad bench and monolift attachments for awhile.
