Workout yesterday was,

2x8 lunges
3x12 band leg curls
3x12 seated rows
3x12 one arm lat pulldowns
2 sets of weighted planks


Workout today was,

2x8 bradford press
2x8 yukon bar bench
4x8 reverse band bench pulldowns
3x6 dicks press


Feeling ready for next week. Happy this week was a deload though
 
Workout today was,

3x3 paused bench @ 340lbs
Triple rest pause @ 300lbs (8,3,2)
5x5 chest supported rows @ 165lbs
3xrpe8 close grip bench with 200lbs bands
4x8 lat pulldowns @ 210lbs
3x3 8 second negative barbell curls
3x12 lying barbell pause tricep extensions @rpe10


Decent workout. Got sweaty as fuck. Lol. Down a few pounds from hardly sleeping/eating the last few days and drinking a bit. Did my best to sleep last night and fill back out before my workout. Had a mass gainer shake with extra electrolytes, then 3 mcgangbangs from McDonald's with an oreo mcflurry for lunch. Then had a bunch of cream of rice and chocolate syrup pwo.
 
Kind of forgot to update last week. Lol. Notable sets were 345x3x3 on bench, 485x3 on raw squat, and an obviously effortless 545x3 sumo deadlift.

X8 paused bench @ 315
X25 t&g bench @ 225
3x8 one arm lat pulldowns
3x8 nautilus machine row
2x8 landmine press
3x8 preacher curls
3x12 tricep pushdowns


Well, this is my first week without a coach. I feel I've already learned everything I was looking to learn from Josh. So probably going to go back to my own thing for now and incorporate some of the tricks I picked up from talking to him and following his programming. Was hoping to get 10 reps of 315, but I started going to a gym again and their bench sucks horribly. Lol. Too low to the ground, super slippery, and kind of narrow. Lol. Guess I spoiled myself benching with an extra fat pad bench and monolift attachments for awhile.

Oh so the gravy train's over as far as coaching and having a nicer place to train in?

I hate the benches at mine as well as they are too low and worn :(

If you had the space and the cash maybe buy yourself a nice bench...and maybe a monolift of your own?

2x12, 1xamrap cable pushdowns
Drop set reverse cable pushdowns SS W/regular

Haven't started a real program yet and my back was a little stiff, so I just did a light upper body fluff workout. Felt good to get a little pump going
