I'm not a fan of Athlean X, but his bicep technique for 21's with the heavier dumbbells for the first 7 lower portion reps is good. I can't lie, it was a challenge doing the remaining 2/3 of the set. I used 45's for the lower 7, then 30's for the remainder and my biceps were smoked. Ok ok, he had a good tip there, I won't lie

Yes, as far as the amount of strain and suffering as oppose to the usual way I was doing it before. It's a night and day difference. I'd recover in less than 24 hours the old way. Not so much doing it this new way.What a difference in a week?
