EXPRESS PCT IS NOW DEAD----- CABER?

Why would they keep replying to people if they scammed everyone. Makes no sense.. You can't even order anymore if you try to access the site.

I just think that they are really backed up since everyone tried to get in on the sale but I could be wrong. I hope I'm not but I'll eat my words if they fuck off with everyone's funds.

Ironically, I am more skeptical of sources with a "bulletproof" reputation. Sad to hear they scammed everyone but fits their MO.

I was always skeptical of this "hi we are here to help" attitude that rick dude has all over the internet. Fishy as fuck for a drug dealer. I think people are too nice to AAS/pharma dealers. We as a community need to treat them like cocaine/heroin dealers, and not legitimate businesses.

We have not scammed anyone, this is just a case of selective reading with some comments above. The original poster of this thread has already received a refund as well.
 
While i'm not quite ready to jump on the exit scam bandwagon yet, if this turns out to be true, this will serve as another example for the noobs that look for and give the cringe inducing g2g, as well as the ones that beg to be spoon-fed a source.

If they ever wondered why no member with integrity will put their name behind a source, this is why. Most members have realized that i'm an asshole. i don't disagree, but i don't want to be known as an asshole that led members into the greasy hands of a scammer.

It's the risk you take. If you suggest a source that you have used many times, I don't think you're doing anything wrong, except you need to add the disclaimer that at any time they will exit scam.

My alarm goes off whenever someone shows up and offers 30% off or buy one get one free. This is why I tend to pay full price for everything I order. And of course I never trust anyone that states "sorry I've been ill or in the hospital or my mom died or some other bullshit" If you're sick and need healthcare and can't be bothered to fill orders made then you need to shut down and refund asap.

OK, fair enough. Then what is your explanation for sending people shipment notification emails that are followed by no delivery? There have been far too many reports of this to brush it off as random happenstance. I see that some people are getting refunds, which is great, but why would all these people need refunds if the packages were really sent domestically? There are a few obvious reasons this might be happening, but I'm curious what your take is.

This has been an on going issue for some time now and it is likely just due to an extremely large amount of parcels being processed and shipped. While most receive delivery within 5-10 days there are few that take longer, and publicly you will only hear the reports from the customers who's delivery is taking longer, not from those who receive there package in a shorter time frame.

At this time if we hear of a customer who has not received there order after 10 days we will simply issue a refund (such as the original poster, who claims 20 days but it has been 15 days since payment received and 11 days since a shipment confirmation email). Those who have been refunded will also still get their package, it is just easier for us to do this in the meantime instead of provide constant reassurance the package will come.

OK, great, thanks for the reasonable explanation. You guys have been great to work with in the past. My fear is that you may have a domestic shipper gone rogue, but that's obviously conjecture so I'll continue to wait. Not a lot of money either way.

As far as I know there aren't a lot of rap songs about the buyer forcing the coke dealer to get his GF to blow the buyer to sweeten the deal, so that might not be the power dynamic meso is looking for.
 
ExpressPCT reshipped my pack within 24 hours of me informing them there was an issue. Keep in mind they do a lot of business and, while it would be nice if they were proactive about this stuff, likely just isn't possible. IMO ExpressPCT is still G2G (until that drop dead date when the whole world of gear will change for the worse :().

OK, so I finally got in touch with their support. I still don't have my package, but the gave me tracking which shows that this was *entirely* a fuckup at USPS. My package has been to 3 different states that I do not live in and from one tip of the US to the other.

No idea WTF is up with that, but in the interest of full disclosure, I've had the same problem with two Amazon shipments lately, too. One of those contained dog toothpaste and a pair of dockers, so I'm pretty damn sure it's not a "sketchy package" fuck around. Not sure when Amazon started using USPS, but it hasn't been an improvement.

Unfortunately this is common with USPS during this time of the year. Many orders are delayed at the fault of our company, but also many are delayed due too USPS and even in some cases the delivery does not occur until many days after the parcel arrives at the customers local post office.

Just keep us updated and if it seems to be lost for certain we will send a refund or reshipment :)
 
Express did refund me! It was very honorable of them do so.

Express didn’t respond to my support tix until I made this post. When they did, 1st they told me my package had been lost by usps then a few days later they told me the issue was because someone forgot to take
My pack to the usps facility ....

Next they tell me they tried to cancel the shipment cuz of my postings but it’s too late the packs already in the mail and already on its way to me.
Same email they offer to give me the money back. I tell them I don’t want the money back just send me the Caber!
I need it! I paid for it fairly. Keep the money just get me the product I need.

in addition I’m confused about which story is accurate: usps lost the pack or their US warehouse “forgot” to take a the pack to usps?
Lastly I suggested express to a buddy who ordered some t3 moda and cialis around same time as me.
He still has not received his pack either.
Now I look like an idiot to him.
I’ve ordered some oils from a few UGLs since my request to express. All 3 packs showed up within a week via usps.
I’m not confident in this whole “usps is backed up right now” claim I keep hearing.
I also 2nd day aired some oils to a buddy via usps from the east coast to the southwest. Again no delays.
Of the Caber shows up I’ll let everyone know.

Thanks for refunding me express. Again I didn’t want the money back as I said twice in my Emails with u. I just wanted the Caber. I’ve been loyal to u over to the years. I appreciate those productive years and ur business.

I have not read beyond this point in your post simply because this is not true at all.

You had first reached out to us Oct 25, 4:54pm, we had sent response Oct 26, 11:47pm, you had then proceeded to create this thread. You had given us less than 1 day before creating this thread and accusing us of scamming. If you would like I can have the communication screenshotted and the privy details such as email/name blocked out so it can be posted here, however as you have already received refund I do not think it is necessary.
