Think about it this way: testosterone increases your rate of muscle protein synthesis. The greater your muscle mass, the greater your rate of muscle protein breakdown. So if you gain 20lbs muscle in your first cycle, then assuming you have kept that muscle on when you start your second cycle, obviously you'd need more gear to gain another 20lbs muscle for your second cycle. That doesn't have to do with how many cycles you've run in the past, but rather how much muscle you're carrying. But hoping to gain 20lbs cycle after cycle by upping your dosage is a fool's errand (unless you start using GH and insulin).I don't know a lot about PED's, I probably made it up is what I was trying to say lol. Due to diminishing effects of say just 500 mg test one cycle, then the next cycle you would probably want a little something extra to match the first cycle effects, so I chalked it up to a build up of resistance of actual compounds, if that's any more clear

I'm curious, I haven't used deca because I never really had a reason to. What was your experience with it like?Wish I didn’t do deca, wish I did 8 week mini cycles of test prop plus anadrol or anavar and did pct and did that twice a year.
With that said, I am 43 now and on trt, but no regrets, feel much better on trt now at 43 then natural age 28-31...

Ah I see so keep the test dose modest and don't start stacking a bunch of random shit. If I were to stack anything along with 500 test it would be anavar, or maybe winny but I doubt I would get that spicy500-750. For a first cycle, winstrol is definitely NOT what you want. Winstrol is for drying out when you're in contest prep mode. Anavar is not bad for a kickstart. Tbol is mild so that works too.

Nah, i wouldn't change much. The stupid dosages when i had no idea what i was doing would be the main thing i would change.
i've come and gone from this lifestyle a number of times in the last 20+ years. The long gaps of time off in between isn't something i look back on and think of as a bad thing though.

If you do decide to do a cycle, you will get great results your first cycle as long as diet, training, and rest is up to par. After that you will still get results but they won’t come as quick as your first cycle.
With that being said you don’t have to necessarily increase your dose every time. Food is the best anabolic..if you can’t grow on test and some tren with heavy lifting and heavy eating. This probably isn’t the sport for you.
I was trying to not touch this post as you should do your research and come to your own conclusions.
I would get serious earlier and not waste time in my 20s partying and chasing girls.... although now that I think about it I wouldn’t necessarily want to be bigger and not have had those fun times either.

I understand the reality that once you start with hormones your own production is never quite the same, that's partly why I made this thread in the first place, I just don't want to be another idiot that fucks himself up for life by assuming I know more than I do, and if I do it I want to do it in a way that I can do it for many years without major adverse health effects (in a perfect world, I know that isn't always the reality)If you dont want to be on testosterone the rest of your life dont do it!
Or if you are hell set on doing it do just 400-500 test prop 3 shots a week and do it max 8-10 weeks than pct see how that feels than think about it now knowing what are the benefits and what are the side effects and make up your mind becouse most people that do AAS end up on trt and pct is just not worth it in the long run!

What I would change is don't listen to what people tell me on online boards (with some exceptions of course)
Those guys was telling me to do test only and test anavar and no more than 500mg per week etc 500 test 600 deca is excessive for your size age etc.

If you do the same cycle over and over what y think gonna happen? Just gain glycogen! You will gain the look and nothing more. If you do the same cycle over and over without increasing dosage and only I creasing g your food you're gonna get "fat"
If you want impressive size and thickness and muscularity.
You got to apply progressive overload on everything including dosage.
I would change that "not listening advices from board gurus"
And as stated above I would change some periods I got off everything gym hormones diet
