Alright,
Feel like experimenting with this idea, as I have posted on other threads. I know many object, some don't...but that's the point of experimenting on yourself. You can find people swearing by this or that, but ultimately, comes down to what works on your body. Being that my body loves tren, and barely get sides from it, I assume it will love Deca even more, and have even less sides.
My Test/Primo cycle ended Friday...since I'm on TRT for life, no need to wait to recover. My bloods came back fine, aside from my AST elevated to 51.
Gonna do 1g of Deca per week for 10 weeks.
I will stop my arimidex that I've been taking all year.
I am going to continue running my t3 at 50mcg a day; this is to keep me lean, but also, for some reason, it has helped me with digestion like never before, which is crucial.
I'm stopping my GH, as I have concluded it is not worth taking, even at the low prices we get it at. Plus, I've been on for 7 months straight 5iu ED.
I will continue taking 5g of creatine a day, as I do all year.
I will not take any test with my cycle to see if his deca only thing works for me. If I run into any issues, I may add a small dose of test 100mg or so per week, but at 1g of deca, it should convert to enough estrogen to keep me at normal levels (that is the theory).
I won't be updating this log daily, like "Day 2: bro I feel fuller!" or "Day 5: My strength is going up!" because that is retarded. I will log things as they actually change, rather then report possible placebo effects.
I will not change my training, which is currently: Back/Chest, Shoulders/Arms, Legs, Repeat, Sunday off.
I may or may not increase caloric intake, which currently floats around 2700-3000 daily. So far, I will continue on my "maingaining" journey which has transformed me insanely, albeit slowly over the last 9 months, but if I feel I want to eat more, I will eat more. And If I see great results from doing so, without getting bloated, then I will change my calories accordingly. I've been going off intuition lately and it has been working just fine.

223 lbs
Chest: 48"
Arms: 17.5"
Legs: 26.5"
