1g Deca Only Experiment

You haven't accomplished your goals because you start your bulk not lean enough. When you are lean everything works better , that's when y see what roidss can do and how you can be big and lean.

Also a question for you.
Why not cut on this cycle ?
Deca personally for me is easier to cut cause you won't have the crazy hunger you will have on tren or equi.
It increases igf1 and insulin sensitivity.

You will look big while you cutting , because you know deca this is it thing , it makes you look big no matter the scenario. So you won't have the problem of not cutting cause y look small.

Lower estrogen = lower chance of storing bf.

I think deca is very good for cutting ! Especially if y throw an oral in at the end let's say var or winstrol. You'll look phenomenal.

Your body at this bf levels doesn't want to add more muscle imo you should do a restart.
Deca is enough anabolic to preserve your muscle while cutting.
So why don't y do it properly while still look big ?
You can throw metroformin in or whatever else y may or y may not need.

I used to cut on deca with great results I was doing low test high deca +var winstrol proviron and always looking my very best.

Ok, so if I you think I should cut, then I should keep the t3 then, and continue what I'm doing. Wouldn't' you agree?

From the moment you use it already I would say OK keep using.

But if you didn't use it from the beginning I would use it on last steps when metabolism crashes from dieting.

now you have 50mcg t3 in you, your metabolism is steady elevated. (If it's legit suggest y to buy pharma very cheap)

But if it makes you hungry and binge eating then throw it away.

I have pharm grade (TiRomel), and I doesn't make me hungry at all.

Ok, so we will go back to my original plan, but clean up the diet a bit more once thanksgiving is over lol, and continue the t3

You need to take t3 at least 1-2 hours before your coffee(empty stomach not even coffe) to absorb it you should know that if you didn't.
Personally it makes my appetite a tad higher.
Keep in mind that most bodybuilders I know agree that the fat burning effect takes serious effects from 75mcg and higher. To take it a step further you monitor your thermocrasy to know if it works for burning. But the general consequence in the bb world (not meso) is that works from 75-100. In sensitive so 50mcg does me great.

For me the best "trick" for fast fat loss was.
1. Low carbs
2.80% of carbs around workout
3. Fasting for 10+ hours only coffee and water
4. Big deficit.

I don't think you'll lose any muscle even on big deficit because we are on AAS. Anyway not everyone is the same but for me works wonders.
 
50mcg makes me sweat just sitting down. I think I am very sensitive to drugs. It is certainly working already, especially the last two weeks eating homemade italian left overs and literally gaining no weight at all lol.

I take it in empty stomach, but then I drink my coffee right after, and its zero sugar and all that, so no calories. I wait about 1 hr before I eat breakfast.

This morning I weighed 228 after eating like complete garbage. Now, once the Holiday is over, I will clean up my diet, but I am suprised how this works on my body. And apparently, people go up to 75-100mcg for fat loss? I think that's insane.

This t3 is so potent, and this will certainly help me recomp during this experiment for sure, even eating above maintenance. I think it will nutrient partition where things need to be, while preventing fat storage.

I'm not losing muscle, I'm getting stronger. I'm eating plenty of food.
 
On 75 or 100mcg t3 i could cut on 6000kcal and still being flat. Its just no brainer, Serge Nubret was eating some candies in front of the american champion and he said the secret was thyroid meds, after this he showed a bunch of boxes of different thyroids. Just for lazy ass people

can you show me what "flat" looks like in a pic... You said in my last pics I look flat, but I don't know exactly what that looks like. My pumps in the gym get my full as hell. My pics I take in the am with no food, maybe that's why?

When i abused t3 in the past i learned how to recomp the inverse way. Lose muscle, gaining fat, it was crazy. Great leason learned
 
So yea, I've been eating WAY MORE calories that I usually do for the last two weeks, and I gained like 1 lb lol. This t3 has turned my metabolism to of that of a hard gainer it seems, which is good, because I like to eat. So in a way, it is counter productive because if I get rid of it, I will gain more, but I want to see how good t3 is a nutrition partiioning, along with the Deca. So, what I'm going to do is clean up my food, now that the holidays and bdays are over, and make sure all my meals are much more wholesome. I've been eating cookies, chips, and all types of crap, on top of all the home-made holiday food.

Also, I'm going to reincorporate a few critical compounds into my routine. Some of you have read that I got rid of all compounds movements, but I've decided to put them back in after further research. Although, Doug Brignole's methods help with joint pain and I've learned a lot from his book (like no reason to do shoulder presses or inclines, which got rid of all shoulder issues), there is just something about training your body to move many things at once, given that the exercise replicates an activity we would do in our real lives, like bending over to pick up shit, squatting down, and pulling up. But doing so may change my training split, which currently is all muscle groups 2x a week, 6x a week. So this week, I have to see how I feel and how I recover. I'm going to probably have to lower volume to 3 sets per exercise so I can add that one compound.

Tomorrow will be beginning of week 4, so the drug should be reachng more stable levels. Last night, I noticed a HUGE increase in hunger out of no where, so I think the fun is about to begin...

My sex drive is gone, but my orgasms are insane. Tested it out last night with the wife. The deca dick myth is busted, and it seems it only becomes a problem when you add testosterone to the mix, as many deca-only people have stated.
