Starting to read about homebrewing and considering if it's worth it. Here's my reasoning:
Steroids carry risks, but having accepted that, harm reduction is still the #1 priorty. Part of harm reduction for me means sticking to (arguably) "safer" compounds: test, hGH, primo, anavar, and trest. Most of these are pricey, especially since as a newbie I'm buying finished gear.
Another part of harm reduction is verifying quality. I'm going to sources that offer store credit or reimbursement for testing, but this obviously isn't possible every order. Long term I'd still be at risk for selective scamming, or even just honest mistakes like mislabeled vials. And personally paying for frequent lab testing is cost-prohibitive.
So the solution seems to be to go homebrew. I can buy and test a year's worth of raws for cheaper than doing the same with finished product, and I'll always have peace of mind.
On paper that sounds great, and brewing seems fairly accessible. But are there good reasons I shouldn't jump into it? Obviously it's not for everyone. So when in your AAS use did you first start to brew, and what was your main motivation? How did your first attempt go, and what do you know now that you wish you knew then?
