What are the characteristics of the test subjects? Are they men with some years of lifting experience and already in relatively good shape? If the test subject are overweight couch potatoes with no lifting experience or athletic background, the relevance of the study for a bodybuilding group is rather miniscule, wouldn't you say?

Yeah, they're military. To be frank, I doubt many here could survive the training and diet to sustain a 55% calorie deficit.
 
well, I don't plan on doing anything but getting more Deca so I can stay on longer, but which parts are bro-science so I can learn, if you don't mind to elaborate.

Also, would you agree to add Anadrol? Lol. I feel it would just bloat me like a whale. I just read more about it; apparently supredrol is a better compound for "dry" gains.

I was always under the impression Anadrol is like Dbol on steroids lol: way more toxic and will bloat you like a whale? And if I were to add it in, which I doubt, what would you say = 50mg a day, and only for a few weeks?

To me, if I were to add anything to this cycle, would make more sense to incude Anavar if I were to go with an oral...But even better, to use EQ which is almost identical to Dbol, or perhaps add 1 gram of Primo.

I don't really do orals anymore.
Adrol vs. Dbol: toxicity and bloat. Adrol is not particularly hepatotoxic (actually rather weak in that regard), and Dbol aromatizes and is a characteristic bloating steroid. I'd say it's simply broscience to distinguish between these two on the basis of toxicity or bloat, since they're virtually identical on these counts.

Including any oral seems impulsive, you can recomp by manipulating diet (sounds like a LOT OF ROOM for improvement) on a gram of gear, not to mind a potent anabolic like Deca!

EQ is a classic bulking agent, it would make NO sense in this context and is absolutely not remotely similar to Dbol! Adding primo, a GRAM of primo, is.... FFS it's 2 grams. You're not that advanced, I know everyone thinks they're advanced, but you're already on A GRAM of Deca.

Now, I only have enough for 6 more weeks, I need to get more. Thing is, just before this I was on primo/cyp; I basically never took a break between cycles, reason why, my bloodwork wasn't bad, and also I'm on TRT for life so why bother?

So I was thinking extending the deca to at least 16-20, but not sure I need to up the doses to 1.5 or 2 grams like advised. I do have some Tren E waiting for me next year with test cyp, unless I could get away with a tren only lol.

I wouldn’t rely just on bloodwork to say it’s ok to just continue blasting. That won’t show you damage to your heart. Keep in mind nandrolone is much harder on your heart than test. I’d recommend getting an ECG after this cycle
 
I literally have normal blood pressure though; it is like genetic, even when on cycle lol.
 
Do I seem "fuller" ever since dropping the T3?

Fuller through the triceps for sure, a bit hard to tell. You know better than us lol . How are pumps in the gym?
It's easier to get pumped now, that I know. I'm weighing now at 232.1 this morning.

Well, I don't feel anything negative being off T3 so far. Perhaps I wasn't on long enough to really shut down too bad? But I'm gonna take the advice of guys like @koast123 who are going for pro. And to think about it, the T3 is just going to be burning off food I eat, when I can just not eat that much food, so it's a waste. It's almost like the t3 woudl make me a hard gainer when I'm not a hard gainer normally.

I have 300 tabs of TiRomel left, and I might as well save them for the spring when I'm doing tren and cutting, instead of now. I don't want to burn through them and have nothing later, and then be on it longer.

I'm eating the same foods I recomped with, but I'm being more "loose" with things because of the holidays. My recomp calories were 2700-3000; I'm certainly slightly above 3000 now for sure.

But my diet is high carb, moderate protein, low fat. So basically macros are like 300 carb, 200 protein, 60-70 fats. But I'm eating more than that right now for sure. But I'm not going to be cutting; I will just do what I was doing all year and intuitively recomp and see what this deca can do at 1gram.

So far strength is already increasing, and I am literally experiencing zero side effects, which is the exact opposite of what everyone was warning me about. It's still early, and I'm gonna need to get more deca to extend this cycle to get its benefits.

At 50mcg yeah that’s too high realistically to be using for growth or even maintenance, just wheel spinning, kinda like recomping ;)
