Well, I don't feel anything negative being off T3 so far. Perhaps I wasn't on long enough to really shut down too bad? But I'm gonna take the advice of guys like
@koast123 who are going for pro. And to think about it, the T3 is just going to be burning off food I eat, when I can just not eat that much food, so it's a waste. It's almost like the t3 woudl make me a hard gainer when I'm not a hard gainer normally.
I have 300 tabs of TiRomel left, and I might as well save them for the spring when I'm doing tren and cutting, instead of now. I don't want to burn through them and have nothing later, and then be on it longer.
I'm eating the same foods I recomped with, but I'm being more "loose" with things because of the holidays. My recomp calories were 2700-3000; I'm certainly slightly above 3000 now for sure.
But my diet is high carb, moderate protein, low fat. So basically macros are like 300 carb, 200 protein, 60-70 fats. But I'm eating more than that right now for sure. But I'm not going to be cutting; I will just do what I was doing all year and intuitively recomp and see what this deca can do at 1gram.
So far strength is already increasing, and I am literally experiencing zero side effects, which is the exact opposite of what everyone was warning me about. It's still early, and I'm gonna need to get more deca to extend this cycle to get its benefits.
