How much protein?

I tend to look dryer/harder with higher protein and little to no carbs, so I'd say it definitely makes a difference. I've also noticed a different look to my physique and digestion when changing the protein type. For example: Eating only white fish will produce a much different result than only eating chicken breast
 
theres no studies on optimal protein intake for roid users, and definitely no studies on roid users who train 7 times a week with high intensity.

pro bodybuilders seem to eat around 350-450 grams in the off season which translates into eating 3 pounds of meat a day

My goal is to consistently get 4g/kg always

and carbs 5-6g/kg when growth is the focus
true that. my growth has been lackluster whenever my protein intake dips below 4g/kg. but it sure is a bitch eating protein 4-5 times a day + shakes ontop
