Yeah I hear you there. It is definately a mind fuck when the weights are lower. I think you just have to focus on the small wins...thats why I like the amraps on each of the big 3 every week, gives me a goal to work at, with anything over 8 increases weight the next week.I try to train for hypertrophy in the offseason, but I do not have enough for a long time. Because I get bored and again and again I return exclusively to training in the powerlifting style. I don’t know how to restructure my thinking. I just do not know
