I try to train for hypertrophy in the offseason, but I do not have enough for a long time. Because I get bored and again and again I return exclusively to training in the powerlifting style. I don’t know how to restructure my thinking. I just do not know
Yeah I hear you there. It is definately a mind fuck when the weights are lower. I think you just have to focus on the small wins...thats why I like the amraps on each of the big 3 every week, gives me a goal to work at, with anything over 8 increases weight the next week.
 
Brought my squats up to just about where I am programmed to. Program has me at 70%1rm this week, I brought squatsbup to 65%.

I believe that more muscle means more potential for more strength. I know with weight loss strength will decrease but with focus on rep prs it is expected and ok. There is another meet in mind in 6 months that I am thinking about, also thinking about a meet in US as well... this may alter training goals
Yes, I totally agree with more muscle - this is a larger base and the ability to lift. The main thing is for me to learn how to involve them in work and change the rhythm of training.

Precisely, the key to success is operational purpose and weight. For if performed with light weight, there is zero sense

Thanks for the advice. I will try to concentrate on local goals and set and achieve them. We must try to change.
