Do you have a brand preference for elbow sleeves for pop (ultimate compression)? SBD, Stoic, Mark Bell, Cerebrus, IronBull, Sedroc, Inzer?
Or maybe you prefer wraps instead. I have my preferences, curious as to anyone else's opinion. Have to be at least 7mm for me.

For elbow tendonitis I bought mark bell compression wraps that go just below the elbow that have helped me tremendously. I have been wanting to try elbow wraps but I bought mark bell large ones and they are too small to go over elbow like They are supposed to so I need to get a bigger size or try another brand.

I've got the bell x, good product. What do you think about the strapped Inzer for rebound?
By rebound, you mean firing out of the hole on the bench? I think they were similar that way. Liked putting the inzer on much better than the Bell, that was a workout in itself. I was wearing the bell sleeves when I tore my shoulder to shreds on the bench, that rebound/bounce may have played a role in it.

Yeah, rebound or "pop", I'm thinking you used a bit more weight than usual when u shredded your shoulder? As far as getting a tight sleeve on, along with turning the first part inside out, I use baby powder to slide it up to the elbow and then flip the cuffed end up over the bicep.

Not really, 315 for sets of 8, down from 355 for sets of 5. Happened 3rd rep 2ND set, fucking disturbing to watch and feel it happen. I haven’t worn them since the injury(a year now), but, I wish i knew that trick then, dear lord, imagine trying to wrestle that thing off with your shoulder literally in pieces(internally). Good times.

Give it a try again when you're up to it. I think these things are invaluable. Especially with wear and tear over the years. Gives me more confidence. Usually heavy benching or inclining on the negative part of the movement gives a lot of discomfort to the bicep tendon, but these totally eliminate it.

I loved both pairs of sleeves. I don’t plan on flat benching anymore at 48. I planned on getting back to heavy incline DB pressing, but, I’ve been delayed by a labrum and cuff tear in the other shoulder now. Been machines for the past 4-5 months as I try to PT myself out of getting that shoulder cut as well. Don’t get old, my grandfather used to say.

Hah!! I got you beat on age. Yes, sometimes machines are a godsend for rehabbing, or working with high intesity.

I had to completely change the way I train. Focusing on hypertrophy, slow eccentric, explosive concentric with squeeze. I think I’ve actually added 10lbs of tissue this way. It only took destroying my shoulder to get my ego out of the way, wish I trained like this 20 years ago, I’d be bigger AND healthier. Yes, plate loaded machines, especially with neutral grip(for me) have at least allowed me to get back to pressing.

I have the cerberus triple ply for the elbow.

Also have some 7mm good quality neoprene from a Brazilian (I am Brazilian) company called REPMAX
( Joelheira Repmax 7mm )
The last one is in fact a knee sleeve, but i used it as elbow sleeves.

Well...Cerberus triple ply...the best fucking material i have ever tested in my life. Incredible product. It gives you an insane rebound, it is closer to a knee wrap feeling than anything else, strong as F. Barelly impossiple to put it by yourself if you buy the right size. That is why i ended up doing some modifications in mine... Sent to a guy that works with bags and asked him to sew some pulling tabs on them... Now I can put them in seconds and remove them as well. This is not a sleeve you will be able to keep on your arms after the set...Too tight, elastic and compressive. It is almost a wrap.

Well, the 7mm neoprene one that i have from the Brazilian company is just what you would expect from a neprene sleeve, warm, comfortable, level of compression is ok, and it even improves your lift a little bit.

So, the kind you should choose....Depends a lot on why are you going to use them.

FOR THE POP, Cerberus triple ply, do the modification i told you, it will save you a lot of time.

It will look a bit like the Spud inc one:

I tried different, but sbd elbow pads are the best for me. Optimal for the level of support for my elbows. recommend

I still don't understand how they work. I tried this and that, but I did not find any improvements for the elbows. Although I see that it helps many. Apparently I'm not using it that way, I've already broken my whole head)
