I have the cerberus triple ply for the elbow.
Also have some 7mm good quality neoprene from a Brazilian (I am Brazilian) company called REPMAX
(
Joelheira Repmax 7mm )
The last one is in fact a knee sleeve, but i used it as elbow sleeves.
Well...Cerberus triple ply...the best fucking material i have ever tested in my life. Incredible product. It gives you an insane rebound, it is closer to a knee wrap feeling than anything else, strong as F. Barelly impossiple to put it by yourself if you buy the right size. That is why i ended up doing some modifications in mine... Sent to a guy that works with bags and asked him to sew some pulling tabs on them... Now I can put them in seconds and remove them as well. This is not a sleeve you will be able to keep on your arms after the set...Too tight, elastic and compressive. It is almost a wrap.
Well, the 7mm neoprene one that i have from the Brazilian company is just what you would expect from a neprene sleeve, warm, comfortable, level of compression is ok, and it even improves your lift a little bit.
So, the kind you should choose....Depends a lot on why are you going to use them.
FOR THE POP, Cerberus triple ply, do the modification i told you, it will save you a lot of time.
It will look a bit like the Spud inc one:
